Discrimination is treating one particular group of people less favorably than others because of their race, age, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or gender identity.

Gender discrimination is discrimination against a person or group on the grounds of sex or gender identity.

It requires the employer to pay equal wages within the establishment to men and women doing equal work on jobs requiring equal skill, effort, and responsibility, which are performed under similar working conditions.

It prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Prohibits discrimination because of pregnancy:1.Employers cannot refuse to employ a woman because of pregnancy or terminate her2.They cannot force her to go on leave at an arbitrary point during pregnancy or penalize of pregnancy in reinstatement rights
