Demonstrating Compliance• An individual can be responsible for a “core
competency area” or a specific “individual core competency”.
• An individual does not have to be physically located at a facility to be responsible for the job functions that fall under a core competency.
• An individual shall demonstrate compliance with the individual core competency associated with their job function.
