A sail shade structure is a unique structure designed to make an

ordinary environment extraordinary, whilst providing valuable

protection from the harsh effects of the sun. Constructed from extra

strong, commercial grade knitted fabric, providing up to 98.8% UV

block our pre-made and custom made shade sails are built to stand up

to the toughest conditions.

The company, Shaded Nation, introduces this product to the UK as the

sole distributor of a range of high quality shade sails created by the

Australian manufacturer, Sail Shade World, one of the first

manufacturers of shade sails and a pioneer in this field with over

50 years combined experience in the field.

Shade sails can be used to provide shade over pools, spas, barbeques,

patios, decked areas, children’s play areas, sand pits and also can be used as

a car port. Shade sails are commonly used in public spaces outside, such as

commercial centres, car parks, community spaces, creches, schools,

playgrounds and sports venues. Shade sails can also be installed in the front

of large openings in order to reduce inside temperatures of a building.

strong seatbelt edge webbing, ranging from 35mm to 50mm (1.5” to 2”) around the perimeter of their shade sails

• Interlocked and double stitched seams - ensures corners will not fail

• Anti Rust Rings - corners feature upto 10mm thickness, 316 marine grade stainless steel

attachment rings

• UV Stabilised Thread - the stitching on our shades will not deteriorate in the sunlight

• 10 Year Warranty - 10 year warranty against and UV degradtion on the fabric colour fade

• All our structures are fully engineered and insured against British Standards and Eurocodes
