As the CEO and Founder of AlphaK2 Capital, Kishan Khanna brings almost two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry specializing in wealth preservation and risk management solutions.  Prior to forming AlphaK2 Capital, Kishan held senior management positions with some of the leading firms in the industry. He was instrumental in launching American International Group’s Life Operations in India where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Concurrently, Kishan was also appointed as the Chairman of India’s Life Insurance Market Committee by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority. Prior to joining AIG, Kishan was with MetLife for more than ten years where he held roles of increasing responsibilities leading to the position of Managing Director of Met Life in San Francisco. Kishan also acquired valuable experience with UBS AG and the Mass Mutual Financial Group where he created unique investment opportunities in the Private Placement Markets bringing together, Hedge Funds, Insurance Companies and ‘Qualified Investors’ on a single investment platform. He also worked closely with High Net Worth clients for their needs in estate planning, asset protection, and retirement planning solutions.  Kishan received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and attended The Wharton School’s Executive Management Program. He served on the President’s Circle of New York’s Metropolitan Opera and is currently an Associate of the Opera’s Encore Society. In his charitable endeavors, Kishan has formed ’Chukkers For Children’, organizing Polo events to raise money for orphan children.
