SURFACE PREPARATIONAllsubstratesmustbestructurallysound,dry,solidandstable.Substrateshouldbecleanandfreeofdust,dirt,oil,grease,oil-orepoxy-basedpaint,curingagents,concretesealers,looselybondedpatchingcompounds,looseparticles,oldadhesiveresidues,andanyothersubstanceorconditionthatmaypreventorreduceadhesion.Allsurfacesmustbelevel,even,flatandsmooth.Masonryandconcretewallsmustbefreeofhydrostaticpressureandmoisture issues.

INSTALLATIONRead all installation instructions thoroughly before installation.

1. Cutandpre-fitpanels,andthenacclimatetoambientroomconditionsfor12to24hoursbeforeinstallation.InstallFRPpanelsinstrictaccordancewithmanufacturer’swritteninstructions.

2. SelecttheappropriatenotchedtrowelperrecommendationsfromtheFRPpanelmanufacturer(see“TypicalTrowelandApproximateCoverage”sectionforsuggestedtrowel).

4. Pressthepanelfirmlyintotheadhesivebed,workingfromthecenteroutusingahand-heldrollertoensurethattheentirebackpanelisincontactwiththeadhesive.Temporarybracingmayberequiredifwallpanelsarenotstraight.

CLEANUP• Promptlycleananyadhesivesmudgesfromthepanel’ssurfacewithwaterwhilethe

adhesiveisstillfresh/wet,orwithmineralspiritsoncedried.Usecautionwithmineralspirits,whichmaybeharmfultosomematerials.

• Cleantoolswithwaterwhiletheadhesiveisstillfresh/wet.
