Background Discussion

● On December 15, 2017, Manatee County purchased Premier Sports Campus, which is currently managed by the Bradenton Area CVB (BACVB) and Property Management departments.

● At the time of closing, all executed SMR contracts were assigned to Manatee County, including food, rental, and other miscellaneous third party agreements.

● BACVB staff has completed a market study to determine the proper fees, policies, and procedures to integrate at Premier Sports Campus. The recommended resolutions allow us to maintain this venue as one of the best in the country.

● Resolution R-18-032 establishes policies for the operation of the Premier Sports Campus, and includes the following exhibits:

❍ Rental and Pricing Schedule ❍ License Agreement

● Resolution R-18-047 authorizes the CVB Director to execute forms of an Assignment and Amendment for each category of agreements assigned pursuant to Article III of the Asset Purchase Agreement by which the County acquired Premier Sports Campus. R-18-047 includes three (3) exhibits:

❍ Assignment and Amendment for Sponsorship Agreement ❍ Assignment and Amendment for Concession or Service Agreement ❍ Assignment and Amendment for License Agreement
