We are continually adding new styles and products to our line of furniture and amenities in our desire to plase our customers. All our products are completely plastisol coated (frames and legs included) with a thick, UV stabilized, mold and mildew resistant plastisol coating which is compliant

with worldwide standards. All Premier Polysteel products are completely coated with plastisol. The process in manufacturing Premier Polysteel Outdoor Furniture assures the customer that the products will be durable even in the most demanding environments. First the metal is thoroughly cleaned prior to coating, guaranteeing the strongest bond between the plastisol (PVC) coating and the metal substrate. The metal is then thoroughly coated with a primer specifically formulated for PVC coatings. The primer is baked

on at high temperatures, preparing a surface that is perfect for accepting the PVC coating. The metal is then fully immersed into liquefied PVC. Finally, the coated part is then oven cured for an extended time at high temperatures.

Our oven cured surface is smoother and more resistant to bacterial and fungal growth than other products not cured in ovens. Uniform curing creates stronger adhesion to the metal for a tougher surface with greater wear resistance. In addition, there are no openings to allow accessibility to bees and other insects. Plastisol will not perpetuate flame like some thermoplastic coatings.

Even the legs of our picnic tables and benches are coated with plastisol! The plastisol used is compliant with worldwide regulations. UV stability and mold resistance are important components of our plastisol. The legs are built with sturdy tubing. Add to this a thick 1/8+ inch coating of plastisol and the result is a product unequaled in strength and durability. The environmental elements are sealed out, and you will

Relax with a Premier Polysteel Grand Contour Swing. The plastisol coated steel seat is very comfortable and it never gets too hot from the sun. Available in 4’ and 6’ lengths with three different style seats: laser cut steel, welded rod, and expanded metal.

The contoured one-piece seat is completely coated with mold and mildew resistant, UV stable plastisol. The plastisol used meets worldwide safety standards. The swing is supported by strong, 2-3/8” OD pipe, also completely coated with plastisol. Tamper resistant, stainless steel fasteners and commercial grade cast iron hinges round out the durable construction.

Premier Polysteel’s 32 gallon Round Receptacles are completely coated with UV inhibited, mildew resistant plastisol. Only stainless steel fasteners are used. Choose the flat lid or the poly-dome lid. Plastic liners are included with your 32 gallon receptacle order.

The flat lid has an 8” center hole and fits any 32 gallon receptacle. It is also completely coated with plastisol in any of our eleven colors. The dome lid is available in Black, Blue, Yellow, Red, Gray, and Brown.

NEW! Premier Polysteel has added new one-piece round receptacles. Available sizes include 22, 32, and 55 gallon. They all come with a removable flat lid which is also completely coated just as the receptacle. Choices of the center hole size are 8” and 16”. The polydome lid also fits the 32 gallon one-piece receptacle.

Gate Style Bike Racks

The Premier Polysteel Gate style bike racks are available in direct bury and free standing with a bolt-down option. Park bikes on both sides. As with all Premier Polysteel products, these steel bike racks are entirely coated with UV stable, mold and mildew resistant plastisol (PVC) for protection against the elements. There is no exposed steel to rust and corrode. The durable PVC coating is not easily damaged by bicycles, and also will not scratch the bikes.

The Gate style bike rack is available in 8-bike and 12-bike sizes, and can be ordered in your choice of eleven colors.

The free standing bike rack has attached tabs for a bolt down option. If you choose to bolt it down, simply drill through the pre-punched holes and bolt into a concrete surface.

Process: Prior to plastisol coating, each part shall be chemically washed, dried, heated and coated in a heat activated primer and dried. After drying, each part shall be preheated in a convection oven to a temperature of no less than 400 degrees F, dipped into liquid Plastisol (PVC) and cured in a convection oven at a temperature no less than 350 degrees F. All parts shall have a coating thickness of .125” - .25”.

Premier Polysteel products are completely plastisol coated (frames and legs included) with a thick, UV stabilized, mildew resistant plastisol coating which is compliant with worldwide standards. Plastisol will not perpetuate flame like thermoplastic coatings.
