Tuff-Tube is an innovative, wear-resistant, seamless, polyurethane spout liner that comes in any size diameter, up to 20' lengths for new or existing spouting applications. This exciting new product is a replaceable slip-in urethane liner that counters material wear to spout lining--saving time and money and extending useful life of equipment by reducing down time. Worn liner can be rotated 120° - 180° to present additional wear surface. Completely used liner can be removed and replaced using the same spout. ZRC GALVANIZING PAINTGENERAL PROPERTIES: ZRC® is a high-quality cold galvanizing compound based on a trade secret organic binder which affords true galvanic anti-

corrosion protection to metals. The dried film of ZRC is 95% metallic zinc. Because of the uniqueness of the formulation, ZRC is the only coating of its type

to be recognized under the Component Program of Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc.

RECOMMENDED USES: ZRC is widely used without topcoat in place of hot-dip galvanizing. Also used as a high-performance base coat with a variety of

topcoats. Used for repair of damaged hot-dip galvanizing Galvalume® and zinc metallizing, regalvanizing worn hot-dip galvanizing, repair of weldments, and

repair of damaged inorganic zinc coatings. Excellent for long-term protection of structural steel, water and waste facilities, power plants, transmission towers

and antennae, steel decking and bridges, and numerous OEM uses.

Our distributor inner spouts are positively aligned with discharge stubs using a locator ring with alignment slots for each outlet.

The inner spout enters the discharge stub as it is lowered into the locator ring. The inner spout entry into the discharge stub,

combined with the inner spout seal, provides leak free operation, even in a choked spout situation. The locator ring prevents the

inner spout from dropping down, until it is aligned with the discharge stub. This prevents “partial alignment” of the inner

spout and discharge stub. Both manual and electric distributors utilize the same alignment process.

Cable control kits are primarily used where there are obstructions between the control and the

distributor. Cables grant installers the option of go around augers or piping that may be in the direct path to the distributor. Customers to supply their

own 3/16" cable and cable clamps.

Pipe control kits are normally used where there is a direct line from the control to the distributor without obstruction. Each kit provides a rigid

connection with a minimal amount of moving parts for less maintenance. Customers to supply their

own Ø1" schedule 40 pipe.

Power Select™ is an electric positioning system that can be supplied with a new distributor or as a retro-fit package for an existing distributor. Power Select™ utilizes a self contained hydraulic system

to provide control for distributors with up to 24 outlets.

Each Power Select™ contains a hydraulic power unit that comes standard with 120V single phase electrical requirement. 480V 3 phase and Class II group G explosion proof units are also available

options.

Solenoid Valves are mounted directly to the hydraulic power unit to reduce the chances of oil leakage. DRIVE SYSTEM

The operator control station is supplied with every unit. This station is connected to the distributor power unit with standard electrial wire. Eight wires are required for distributors up to 12 holes and 9 wires are required for units with 13 to 24 holes.

Direct coupling of the Power Select™ drive unit provides simple trouble free operation and eliminates the chance of broken chains and sprockets and frozen slip clutches.

Used primarily in the grain industry, SDE pulleys are known for their superior strength--being capable of reducing stress and deflection Heavy duty

construction and components include continuously welded disc to rim on both sides, high compression hub and bushings. SDE pulleys are standard crown faced and come in diameters from 16" to 42" with face widths of 8" thru 16".

"HDW" HEAVY DUTY WING CONVEYOR PULLEY

Used where extended pulley and belt life are required, HDW pulleys are self-cleaning and constructed of heavy duty steel wings, gussets and tube

between hubs. Their unique design expels excessive build up of material on the belting and thus enhances traction and reduces abrasion of both the belt

and the pulley. HDW pulleys are an excellent alternative to conventional drum-style pulleys and come standard in diameters from 8" to 36" with face

widths of 12" to 66" and various hub and bushing systems.

Although similar to HDW pulleys, the spiral wing conveyor pulley's construction allows continuous pulley contact with the belt during rotation. This eliminates excessive noise and vibration without sacrificing the self-cleaning action of winged pulleys. SPW pulleys are formed by half oval bars helically wound towards one another, welded to all steel wings with intervals between them and are available with various hub and bushing

systems.

Monitors Rotating Machinery for Dangerous Underspeed ConditionsAn inductive sensing device located in the nose of the M800 enclosure will detect a metal target. This target can be an existingbolt head or device attached to a shaft. Ideally the target should be ferrous metal but non-ferrous metal will be detected at a shorterrange. A signal is generated by this target on each revolution of the shaft. The M800 is then set to the normal machine RPM bycalibrating with the magnet provided. HORIZONTAL BIN UNLOADING AUGER KITSUnload your bins at the flip of a switch! This economical unit unloads from the center of the bin, reducing strain on the bin walls and allows you to sample

from the center. It can be moved from bin to bin for added savings.The horizontal unloading kit includes a section of flanged tubing (with flight and stubs) which bolts to the flange on the unloading tube. The motor is mounted

VARIABLE ANGLE AUGER CONNECTOR (VAAC)

Because you control the operating angle, this unit can be used many ways . from truck load-out to feeding a roller mill! The Variable Angle Auger Connector has numerous applications. With an operating range of 0° to 25°, it can fill many needs. The input side will attach to standard flange rings, thus allowing connection to our standard bin unloading flight and tubes. The output side of the connector box can bolt to standard flange rings, or by using the short flanged tube and connecting

band it can make a smooth tube type connection. The smooth tube connection allows standard utility augers to be attached to the connector box.

The Variable Angle Auger Connector Unit includes a heavy-duty coupler of 12 ga. construction, quick connect flange clamp, built-on outlet tube, and connecting band.

Due to restriction of u-joint, capacity will be lower than standard augers. Use with dry grain only. Not for use with bins over 36' in diameter

Unload bins without a motor or any wiring inside? All the power is outside on the powerhead!Various powerheads are available to meet your needs. These include a Horizontal Unloader, a

Vertical Unloader, a 25° Unloader and a "Lowboy" unit. Each utilize a square drive stub, making it easier to move the pwerhead from one bin to another.

A basic power sweep does not include a powerhead, but includes a bin sweep with bearing supported steel shield, two gearboxes with connecting shaft, unloading tube and flight, special bin flange, intermediate wells, special center well, and control pipe kit. The center well includes a slide gate, houses a solid steel clutch with chain transmission in a separate enclosure (accessed by a hinged lid) to drive the bin sweep. Intermediate bearings stabilize the sweep flight and shield on units for 30' diameter bins and larger. Half inch pipe controls the center well individually and intermediate wells together. The bin sweep is to be placed over the intermediate wells before the bin is filled. To unload, start the unloading auger with the sweep clutch disengaged and open the center well slide gate. After gravity flow stops in the center, open the intermediate well(s). When flow stops, shut off motor and engage sweep using the separate clutch control pipe. Start motor and the sweep will pull grain to the center well while moving around bin. One revolution of the bin usually completes the unloading job.

The above illustration shows the Basic Power Sweep less powerhead. An offset intermediate well is shown in

place. Note offset design of center well. Gearboxes must be placed in center of bin.

Power sweep augers are designed for use in bins up to 60' in diameter.

NOTE: It is not recommended that the Power Sweep Units be set in concrete. Where it is necessary to install a unit flush with a concrete floor, we recommend that the unit be placed in a pre-formed trench. A ledge should be formed at the top edge on each side of the trench so that a 1/4" plate cover would set down flush with the floor. The center well is offset so the trench needs to be offset in center of bin accordingly. Consult factory for details if necessary.

The Sweep Flight and Shield Assembly is supplied in sections. It is recommended that the sweep be used in sections and try to sweep from center of bin to sidewall on first pass. Normally, one pass for each section of sweep is all that is necessary to clean down to where bin can be broomed.

These unloaders use a separate electric motor drive on the horizontal and vertical sections. The vertical part uses a direct belt drive on all sizes located at the bottom. On 8" & 10" models a direct belt drive is used for the horizontal part. For 10" units a 2:1 reduction oil bath chain drive is available for the horizontal. A gear reduction drive is standard on 12" sizes for the horizontal. All unloaders include a 16'6" tall vertical auger and a horizontal section with flange to attach to a bin unloading tube and fl ight or to a power

sweep. There is a discharge spout with 3' of solid tube attached and a mounting bracket to connect the vertical to a bin.

Utilizes 7" O.D. x 7ga. sweep flight on 1-7/8" tube. 7" O.D. x 1/4" unload flight on 1-7/8" tube. Includes heavy duty double gearbox and clutch. Each kit includes unloading tube, unloading flight, center well, intermediate wells, rack & pinion

controlled well gates, control pipes for well gates, sweep flight with back shields, sweep carrier (48' & larger bins), and reduction drive sweep end wheel.

Utilizes 9 3/8" O.D. x 1/4" sweep flight on 2-7/8" tube. 9" O.D. x 1/4" unload flight on 2-3/8" tube. Larger step drive gearbox with No. 60 R.C. Drive. Square stub at center well for attachment to unload auger. Each kit includes

unloading tube, unloading flight, center well, intermediate wells, rack & pinion controlled well gates, control pipes for well gates, sweep flight with back shields, sweep carrier (48' & larger bins), and reduction drive sweep end wheel.

Commercial Power Sweeps may be adapted to grain pump loops, auger unloaders, u-trough, en masse, drag conveyors or other special applications. The standard sweep unit drive is separate from the rest of the unit and is 90° to the unloader. When grain will no longer unload through the center and

intermediate wells, the separate Power Sweep drive motor is started and operates on a 1" solid drive shaft with 1" bearings in a 6" tube. The sweep and back shield are supplied in sections. Center portion of sweep to be used prior to adding subsequent sections until the entire sweep has been assembled and the bin unloaded. Commercial Power Sweeps should not be installed in concrete unless troughs or tunnels are used for the drive and the unloading

components. One Sweep carrier assembly is standard with all units of 48' and larger.

Each Commercial Power Sweep consists of a center well, intermediate wells, sweep, sweep drive , well gate controls and reduction sweep wheel. Specify one of the following unload systems: tube type, u-trough or mass-ter mover. * Auger unloaders require a tube cap.
