Preliminary Task- Evaluation

I looked at 5 different front covers. I then analysed these to find out common features and techniques that the publishers did and why? It also gave me ideas for my magazine front cover. I could of possible analysed more front cover to get a better variety of ideas and techniques I could of used.

I mostly used a word document for my front cover and contents pages. I used various features on there to add to the look of the magazine. I also learnt about Photoshop as I used it for various graphics in my front cover and contents page. I used a digital camera to take the images I needed for my front cover and contents page.

I was happy with the feedback I received from my audience. From my feedback I believe I was successful in keeping to the brief and making my magazine attractive.

Overall I believe I have been successful in my creation of my magazine, and from my feedback I have made my magazine attractive. I could maybe of spent more time researching into fonts and colours etc but other than that I have no regrets.
