Incontinence is a term that describes any accidental or

or bowel motion, faeces or wind from the bowel (Faecal or Bowel
Incontinence).
Incontinence is a widespread condition which can range from
small leak to complete leak.
In fact, over 4.8 million Australians have bladder or bowel
control problems for a variety of reasons.
Our Physiotherapists can assess your pelvic floor function and

Menopause is also known as the “change of life”, as it marks
the end of monthly menstruation.
This change leads to decrease in female hormones that may
lead to a higher risk of osteoporosis, weak pelvic floor causing
incontinence and heart diseases.
Our Physiotherapists help with exercises that will help manage
weight, and increase your bone density and muscle strength to
reduce osteoporosis.
4) Menopause :
Our female Physiotherapists specialize in treating a broad range
of musculoskeletal issues associated with the different life stages
like pregnancy, birth and post-partum, lactation and menopause.
They also specialize in pelvic floor muscle function and
dysfunction.
