Motors have a low profile. Onboard or separate driver op-tions.
New KF Series has an additional 5-10% more torque than compet-itor motors. A motor size down, achieving the torque of one size up. Expanding the rotor diame-ter to its maximum limit within a new "flattened" structure allows the 42 motor profile to be main-tained. Large Rotor, High Torque.
The best magnetic balance is em-ployed in our round type step-ping motor. Motor performance is greatly improved using the lat-est technology of three-dimen-sional magnetic field analysis and robust design.
Drive Circuit is simplified because the motor is driven with star winding connection. Ultra-low vi-bration and low noise is achieved with our micro-step driver.
Base original design forms the foundation of future designs. Im-proved vibration, noise level, and efficiency.
Motors are designed small with high performance. We recently released a special magnetic cir-cuit design motor. This motor design is smaller and has a higher performance than conventional FED, FYD series motors. Compact design driver - "Palm Mini R"Type is the smallest. (20 W, 40 W only) Wide range (200 r/min-2500 r/min 60 W:65 r/min-2500 r/min), stepless speed control. Very steady characteristics (Feed back control employed). Speed pulse output can be used for speed.
An Elinco slotless brushless DC (SBLDC) motor consists of a sta-tor winding positioned inside a laminated stator ring (without conventional teeth) and a per-manent magnet motor. This pro-vides more peripheral space for the stator winding. This also al-lows more magnet surface area and more air gap flux. Powerful rare earth magnets provide high torque to motor weight ratios. The absence of stator teeth en-ables more winding copper and power density which can develop more torque.

Elinco's VH series BLDC motors are an ideal choice for application that requires high reliability, high efficiency, and high power to volume ratio. They are capable of providing a large amount of torque over different speed ranges. The VH series mo-tors are internally commutated motors designed to run from a direct current source.

What is an Elinco slotless brushless DC (SBLDC) motor?An Elinco slotless brushless DC (SBLDC) motor con-sists of a stator winding positioned inside a laminated stator ring (without conventional teeth) and a perma-nent magnet motor. This provides more peripheral space for the stator winding.
This also allows more magnet surface area and more air gap flux. Powerful rare earth magnets provide high torque to motor weight ratios. The absence of stator teeth enables more copper winding and power densi-ty which can develop more torque. It also eliminates torque cogging and minimizes audible noise.
We are experts in the design and fabrication of custom SBLDC motors and rotor/stator sets.Elinco has flexibility, responsiveness, and expertise in the design and fabrication of custom SBLDC mo-tors. There are few restrictions on physical dimension choices since stator laminations are simple annular rings, economical to produce, and high energy mag-nets are readily available in arcs and slabs of all sizes. There is freedom to choose magnetic and mechani-cal air gaps, number of poles, pole spans, back-iron thickness, magnetic densities, and copper fills, etc. for each specific application.
