Precision Chemistry FacilityJM Coull is constructing a three-phase, 135,000 sf expansion to Waters’ manufac-turing facility in Taunton. The precision chemistry building includes a new, state-of-the-art process plant, two-story office building, and central utility plant. This expansion will enable the company to meet the ever-growing demand for its ana-lytical instruments and software used by their customers worldwide for research and development applications.
