Significantly higher wound lengths with increased unwinding reliability

Fewer package changes, greater productivity Package density, package diameter and format can be individually adjusted – up to 3” packages in giant format, large biconical pack-ages or tapered packages filled with additional yarn. You therefore get a hard package which is 100 % optimised for downstream pro-cessing, completely without pattern zones. Due to the increased yarn volume, the idle times for package changes in warping room and weaving mill are reduced – this means more production day af-ter day.

The new efficiency class With PreciFX, sales spinning mills benefit from reduced logistics costs. The more yarn on the package, the more efficient the use of freight capacities. This means you don’t pay for “transported air”, but only for your valuable yarns.

Increased unwinding reliabilityHard packages for warping and weaving are expo-sed to enormous loads. With PreciFX, it is possible to adapt your packages to these loads in an unpre-cedented way. Pattern-free PreciFX packages ena-ble increased efficiency through higher take-up speeds, fewer standstills and larger package dia-meters. Anti-latching (ultra-precise yarn laying in combination with absolute freedom from patterns) effectively avoids pattern windings and the slipping of yarn layers.

In addition, particularly fine yarn is much less stressed by the individual adaptation of yarn laying in the edge areas. The result is significantly fewer yarn and edge breaks in downstream processing. The weaving mill benefits from a significant reduction in the number of weft-related downtimes as well as increased pick insertion rates for the PreciFX packages.

Excellent dyeing withshortened processes

Individual displacement width, soft flanks Produce perfect dye packages on any tube. All holes are covered so that there are no uncontrolled flows generated during dyeing. Vary the softness and width of your edge areas. For an identical package density over the entire package width and for a uniform flow of the dye bath.

Constant hole structure, super-soft packages With precision and step-precision winding, you configure a very uni-form hole structure by selecting the angle of displacement, the yarn distance, and the winding ratio. The angle of displacement can be varied considerably, thus extremely soft packages can be produced.

Round flanks eliminate a process stepPreciFX allows you to directly wind dye packages with round flanks. The edging that is otherwise fre-quently required can be eliminated and the excellent package structure is maintained.

Protective winding instead of webThis particularly firm winding of the inner yarn layers prevents non-dissolved dye particles from entering the package structure. It is often possible to do with-out mounting and dismounting a web covering. This saves time and money and the dye quality is improved.

Uncompromising package design for efficient process handling

Higher package densities The diameter of the twisting pot determines the diameter of the doubling package. With PreciFX, you can obtain considerably higher package densities with the same diameter and thus increase the efficiency of doubling.

S-twisted yarns, 3”, 4” and 6” packages, straight flanksSimply switch centrally from Z-twisted yarn to S-twisted yarn – with no need to change hardware. All usual package sizes for doubling – 3”, 4” and 6” can be wound with PreciFX using appropriate adapters. For creeling together 3”, 4” clipcones or 6” packages, packages with straight flanks are directly produced by PreciFX, even with elastic yarns such as wool. The excellent unwinding properties enable doubling processes with yarn break rates below 0.1 yarn breaks / kg yarn.

Individual package designConfigure your individual package formats with ideal taper shapes from 5°57’ to 4°20’ on the Informator; PreciFX will wind them – with no need to change hardware. The benefits for knit-ting applications are the high take-up speeds with error-free running behaviour.

Variably adjustable density High package density means high productivity. With PreciFX, the knitting packages produced are of ex-traordinary density – with “packaged” efficiency. Just as simple is the winding of extremely soft pack-ages, e.g. for softly twisted knitting yarns.Yarn waxing required for knitting is no problem when using the Autoconer X5 and PreciFX, no matter whether you use S-twisted or Z-twisted yarns.
