INTRODUCTION WARTEX SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED is a Prestressing component and equipment manufacturing company based at Nashik, Maharasthra, INDIA. Since Three years, we have developed new innovative technological solutions on the requirement of our esteemed clients in Infrastructure and Construction Industry in India and Overseas. We have two production units at Nashik, one for Sheathing pipe production (both circular and flat) and the other for Prestressing components like Anchor cone, Anchor head, Live wedges and Prestressing Equipments & Accessories, Grout Agitator & Pump and also Lifting & Shifting Jacks with Power packs. Also, we have developed Void former machine which can manufacture void formers ranging from Dia 300 mm to 2200 mm. All the above manufacturing is undertook under trained & experienced manpower with the help of hi-tech machineries round the clock. We have established ourselves in delivering the products and machineries in time in the domestic market. Mr. NARENDRA. K. WARTY, founder member of WARTEX SYSTEM has an experience of 20 years in the field of Production of Prestressing components, SPMs, machineries & equipments. He has developed various innovative design solutions in the latest technical requirement in the Infrastructure & Construction industry. His sharp business acumen is instrumental in our phenomenal continuous development and success. He is the main instrument behind the motivation of our skilled manpower to develop them personally and professionally. He started his career in the 80’s as a self entrepreneur SPM Manufacturer CAMY India for Pharmaceuticals, Toothbrush production machineries (Bristling, Packing & Wrapping machines), Centrifugal machines for Cipla, German Remedies, Agilox, etc.

Mr. DINAKAR. P. PRABHU, having a vast experience of 28 years in Marketing of Prestressing components, machineries & equipments and also Neoprene, POT/PTFE Bearings is looking after our Business promotion and acquiring several jobs (both Supply & turnkey jobs to our company. He is having a good rapport with Central & State government bodies of Construction industry as well as Technical Consultants where we have supplied bulk quantity of Prestressing materials and equipments. UPSBC, Bihar Pool Nigam, MSRDC, RDSO, Railways – Bridges section are some among them. He is being assisted by Mr. PRASHANTH, who has been in this field since 15 years. He has served as Marketing Executive for M/s SANFIELD for 12 years. He has given our company an entry into PT Slabs in Buildings at Mumbai & Pune.


MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Mr. SANTOSH. J. SHANBHAG is looking into our Execution & Services wings under whom several Engineers, Technicians & Supervisors are being deputed to handle Turnkey jobs & Hire basis. He is having an experience of 11 years in Prestressing field in companies like VSL & SOMA Enterprise Ltd. In VSL India, he has efficiently handled RAPP-5&6, Rawathbhata, Kota and Petronet LNG Tank 3&4 at Dahej, Gujarat. He has also handled Prestressing works of IRCON, Bhageeratha, RBM-Pati, HCC, NCC, UPSBC, Sri Ranganathar & Co, etc to name a few. BETL - Attibele & Chandapura Overpasses @ Bangalore and NH Connectivity to ICTT Terminal @ Cochin were executed in SOMA Enterprise Ltd. PRESTRESSING COMPONENTS ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS

Anchorages comprise of Anchor Cone, Bearing Plate and Wedges for Super-structures (Circular duct) and for Buildings – PT Slabs (Flat type) for any given range according to the client’s requirement. We have anchorages ranging from 4-WS-13 to 55-WS-15 for 12.7(0.5”) mm and 15.2(0.6”) mm Dia HTS Strands. Also, Dia 15.7(0.62”) mm type can be supplied on order. All anchorage systems are tested as per BS 4447 & FIP specifications.


SHEATHING DUCTS Sheathing ducts are manufactured out of CRCA strip both Bright Metal & G.I. material ranging from Dia 36 mm to 150 mm. Strip thickness varies from 0.24 mm to 0.7 mm. Duct Flattening machine is available with us for manufacture of Flat Ducts for PT Slabs specifically.

BARRELS & WEDGES For Pre-tensioning systems, we supply Barrels & Wedges for 0.5” & 0.6” HTS Strands. These can also be used for Heavy lifting purpose also.

PRESTRESSING EQUIPMENTS HYDRAULIC JACK & POWER PACKS

Prestressing Jacks for both Mono pull and Multi Pull Stressing operations are manufactured at WARTEX for both single ply and seven ply strands. Jacks & Power packs ranging from 50 tons to 1500 tons are manufactured at our Nashik works.


GROUTING PUMP & AGITATOR Grout Pumps are manufactured with capacity to pump cementitious grout under pressure. Agitators are manufactured for mixing of Cement and water with suitable Ad-mixture as per the Tech. Specifications. Twin-Drum grout pumps are also manufactured used for LNG Tanks & Nuclear power reactors based on the requirement.

WELL SINKING, LIFTING & SHIFTING JACKS

Special purpose Jacks of various capacities and Traverse length for Lifting of structures to place Bearings and for Girder Shifting is manufactured based on the client’s requirement. Well Sinking jacks are also manufactured on client’s requirement.


STRAND PUSHING MACHINE

HTS Strand pushing machines are specially made for Duct length more than 40 mtrs. are also available on requirement from the client.

VOID FORMERS

Void formers ranging from Dia 300 mm to Dia 2200 mm are manufactured with a sophisticated Void Former machine. End cones & Coupler for the same are also made at our works. Void former machines can also be installed at the respective sites in order to reduce the transportation cost and time.
