Class Expectations

• NO CELL PHONES• NO SIDE CONVERSATIONS• NO SLEEPING • Take notes, engage your brain!• $35 cash or check for the class– Due by Sept. 15 (maslowescience.com)

• Attendance is worth points – you will lose 100 points per absence.– Buy back (up to 3)

• Cadaver lab – you must attend all four.• Center for Advancing Professional Excellence

1. Sign in on sheet passed around each day.2. Initial only your name3. I will do a head count each day – if the numbers don’t match, I will

call roll at end at the end.4. No tardies! At 6:55 the doors will closed and locked. If you arrive

after the doors are closed, you are absent. No exceptions.5. Cadaver lab – you need to check in with

me me at RVU.

A is 1325 points or higher. B is 1120 points to 1374. C is 800 points to 1119. > 800 is an F.

Rocky Vista University Cadaver Lab

• Dr. Buck• 4 mandatory visits– October 4 – back– November 1 – lower limbs– November 8 – – November 22 – thorax

• 1 hour sessions beginning at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.• You are responsible for your own transportation.

Cadaver Lab:

CU CAPE Field Trip –

• Learn how doctors are learning.• See and be a part of an emergency room.• Learn about your body.

• Date: TBA (Most likely December)- one group of 60 will leave CHS at 6:00 a.m. and return at 1 p.m.

Transportation is provided.

If you are a CHS student, then I will excuse you.If you go to a different high school, then you will need to take care of your absence.
