Student Exchange FundImportant Notes
1. Each student should only benefit once from the SEF.
2. Students may choose to receive the SEF sponsorship for either summer or normal semester exchange in the future.
3. The University reserves the right to withdraw full or partial funding if a student fails to fulfill the funding conditions and criteria set by the University.
4. Provision of funding is subject to availability. The funding conditions may vary without prior notice.

Special Fund for Non-local Outbound Exchange Students
Eligibility
The student eligible for receiving the Special Fund for Non-local Outbound Exchange Students (SF) should: - be a non-local; - enrol in a full-time government-funded undergraduate programme; - have fulfilled the requirements for joining Student Exchange Programme,
including English language requirements; and- have been selected by the University for participating in credit-bearing
exchange programmes.
Funding Amount for a Semester-long Exchange Study Programme Sponsorship for summer exchange will be allocated on pro rata basis, i.e.
$10,000 ÷ 16 weeks × no. of weeks of summer exchange
