H ope welcomes Pr. Dennis Sepper by video this morning. He was a former minister at Hope Lutheran Church in 80’s. He is the retired chaplain of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washing-

ton and now lives in Minnesota with his wife Pr. Nancy Connor.
