PRAYER POINTS FOR SUNDAY Sunday - Sun (Apollo)

a. Son of Jupiter, brother of Diana. b. Apollo was the god of the sun. c. god of healing. d. god of enlightenment. e. The sun is the brightest object in the sky. Hence the first day, the day of light was assigned to

the worship of the sun. Prayer of repentance: I repent on behalf of the sun worshippers for their ignorance.

I repent of the worship of the host of heaven that men have ever participated in. Father forgive us in Jesus name. Isaiah 56:9-11 “9All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest.10His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. 11Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter”.

I repent on behalf of the church and all believers who ignorantly have worshipped the sun. We have acted as blind watchmen, we are ignorant and behave like dumb dogs who cannot bark, we are sleeping and loving to slumber when we ought to pray without ceasing. We are selfish and greedy shepherds who cannot understand, who look to their own ways and gains only interested in denominational agenda instead of kingdom mandate and purpose. O God forgive us and have mercy on us in the name of Jesus. Awaken us from slumber and passivity.

Through ignorance and prayerlessness we have allowed the gates of hell to prevail over us. Father we repent today and ask for mercy. We take our place as watchmen. We plead the blood of Jesus upon us so we can stand in the place of prayer. We receive a pure heart, clean hands, a soul not lifted up to idols and lips delivered from lies in Jesus name. We decree that this day will declare the glory of God in Jesus name. I release the blood of Jesus to terminate every hand writing of wickedness programmed against this day in the sun, moon, stars and planets. I command heaven to declare the glory of God over the land and over my life today in Jesus name. Amen.

The sun was created to give God glory and not to be worshipped. Every agreement that men went into with the devil handing over this day to satan that caused men to begin to worship the sun instead of the Almighty God is hereby nullified. I cancel all such agreements.

LET US PRAY 1. Apollo you are not god. You are an idol, the works of the hands of men. You are vanity, today is the day of your

visitation I command every worship going to you to cease now in Jesus name.

2. You can not heal neither can you give any enlightenment to men. You have no power to cleanse men neither can you

renew any. I expose your lies and command the release of men from your demonic influence brought on them because

of false worship in Jesus name.

3. Everywhere that sun worshippers converge to worship the sun to draw power we pull down. We destroy all the things

devoted to sun worship. We break down all the altars of baal and sun worship.

4. We release the fire of God upon all altars and temples of sun worship in our land. Burn to ashes now in Jesus name.

5. Leviticus 26:30 I destroy all the high places used for the worship of the sun.

6. I command the gates of the heart of men who are deceived into worshipping the sun to open up now to the worship of

the Creator, the true and only God in Jesus name.

7. 2Kings 23:5,11. I terminate all the idolatrous priests responsible for the sun worship.

8. Ezekiel 8:16-18, Ezekiel 6:4,6. Father expose every form of sun worship in the church of Christ today in Jesus name.

Eradicate idolatry in our worship and deliver us from worshipping You the way the heathens worship Amen.

9. Open the eyes of believers to see the lies we have inherited from pagan Rome.

10. I tear off every veil of dead religiosity and the traditions of men that have crept into our church unnoticed in Jesus

name.

11. I command the scales to fall off from our eyes so we can see and discern every paganism in the church in Jesus name.

12. Isaiah 17:8 and 27:9 No more sun worship in our churches and the land in Jesus name. No more sun images in the

land.

13. I break the dedication of this day to the sun god.

14. From today all men are released to worship God in truth and in Spirit.

15. I revoke every satanic stronghold erected against me by the occult through the sun.

16. I destroy every curse that is using the sun to smite me by day in Jesus name – Ps. 121:6.

17. I command the sun never to be worshipped again.

18. I take authority and root out the spirit of shintoism (Japanese idol sun worship) in Jesus name.

19. I frustrate all the devices of sun worshippers and all of their objects of sacrificing to the sun god are hereby destroyed

in Jesus name.

20. I cancel every manipulation of the sun against the destiny of people today.

21. I bring the words of Isaiah 60:20 over this day. I declare that today my sun shall no more go down. My moon shall

not withdraw itself. I proclaim that the Lord is our everlasting light and our days of mourning are ended today. We

enter into unlimited season of joy in Jesus name.

22. I command the sun never to respond to the voices of satanists again. In Jesus name.

23. The sun must declare the glory of God and function according to the purpose of God for him.

24. As the brightest object in the sky, the sun must release the brightest of the glory of God over my life in Jesus name.

25. Since Sunday is the day of resurrection I ask for the release of the power of Christ’s resurrection into my life. Ezekiel

37. I command my dead bones to rise again.

26. I call on the Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead to rest upon us and to quicken dead things back to life.

27. I take authority over the spirit of the grave. I root you out and cast you into the burning furnace. I bind you and I

command you to remain bound until the judgment day. In Jesus name.

28. Every area of my life buried by the spirit of the grave I command the graves to open and vomit them out now. All my

virtues, potentials, goodness swallowed up by death now let go in Jesus name.

29. I speak to everything dead in my life and my environment to come back to life now.

30. I revoke every covenant with death and agreement with hell today in Jesus name. Amen.

31. Psalm 49:15 O God redeem my soul from the power of the grave.

32. Psalm 79:11 I nullify and erase with the blood of Jesus every appointment made on my behalf with premature,

accidental and sudden death in Jesus name. Father preserve those appointed to die and deliver them from the

stronghold of death in Jesus name.

33. Every attack on my life is abolished now.

34. I shall not die before my Godly ordained time. I shall live to a ripe full old age and full of honor.

35. I declare Isaiah 25:6-8 over this 1st day. Death is swallowed up in Jesus name. Amen.

36. I fasten these words of the Lord over the four corners of this day in Jesus name. Amen.

37. As death is swallowed up, the spirit of death shall no longer operate in my life, family, church, ministry, city and

nation. Father destroy the power of the grave today.

38. Mark 16:3-6. I invite the angels to roll away the grave stones keeping me, my family, children, ministry, church,

marriage, business etc buried in the grave.

39. I command everything that has kept me in a pit to be removed today.

40. Luke 24:12 I remove every grave clothes upon us in Jesus name.

41. Mark 16:5. Open my eyes O Lord to see angels on assignment this day in Jesus name.

42. Open my eyes to see the manifestation of Your power against death and hell.

43. God release angelic operations to sit over all obstacles that have been standing in the way of my progress in life.

44. I call on the Jesus the day spring on high to visit the earth today according to Luke 1:76-78.

45. I destroy every unbelief and hardness of the heart of men today.

46. I proclaim to all the people in the city where I live. It is time for resurrection. I command people trapped in holes to be

released now. Come out of your graves now. I command all the prison houses, pits, holes and graves holding down

people and potentials to open now and release the captives in Jesus name.

47. I raise a shout of restoration today. According to Isaiah 42:22 “Restore! Restore!! Restore!!! I proclaim the restoration

of all my losses today in Jesus name. Amen.

48. I declare resurrection every step of the way. Everything dead in terms of our relationship with God let it be brought

back to life now.

49. I command every dead womb to come back to life. Dead families come back to life now.

50. Every dead business resurrect in Jesus name.



51. Dead ministries and churches receive life now.

52. I call forth the power of resurrection upon my dead finances now. Power to get wealth is hereby activated in Jesus

name.

53. I awaken from spiritual death back into eternal life in Christ Jesus.

54. I command dead body organs to come back to life now in Jesus name.

55. I command every dead business ordained by God to come alive today

56. I break the stronghold of death over my nation.

57. On this day of resurrection I call forth creativity, momentum and miraculous power upon my life and ministry.

58. I receive grace to carry glad tidings to those who mourn and bind up the wounds of those who are hurting.

59. May the Almighty God establish His grace upon all of creation this day through His Mercies all the days of the week.

60. This is the first day of the week. Mark 16:2 I anoint all the things dead and buried in my life to come back to life in

Jesus name.

61. This day is a gateway into the week from this gate I decree the word of the Lord over the church of Christ “the gate of

hell shall not prevail today and this week” in Jesus name.

62. I receive the keys of the Kingdom today and I close the gates into my family, ministry, church, city, community and

nation against hell and all of its agenda.

63. I move the battle of my life to the gate of the enemy now in Jesus name.

64. I destroy every assembly of hell and satanic gang up against my life and ministry.

65. As they gather I command them to scatter. Every satanic gathering in my city and nation against the Lord and His

anointed will amount to nothing.

66. A gate is the seat of power where important decisions are made, I receive grace today to make the right decisions

concerning important issues in my life.

67. Mordecai while sitting at the King’s gate saw and heard the enemy and their plans, on this gate day as I spend time in

Your presence O God reveal the enemy to me and all his plans in Jesus name.

68. I command every gate militating against my progress, success, advancement, prosperity, enlargement, peace, comfort

and breakthrough to lift up their heads now in Jesus name.

69. I command every ancient doors locking me out of my marital inheritance to open now.

70. I command the gates and walls of my Jericho stopping me from possessing my promised land to fall down flat today

in Jesus name.

71. I prophecy all satanic gate keepers in my land to fall down and die in Jesus name.

72. Every family prison gate is hereby opened and all members of my family are released from collective captivity in

Jesus name.

73. I break the chains tying me and my family to any family ancestral cemetery.

74. I command broken all satanic gates in my city and nation blocking people from accepting Jesus as Lord.

75. I open every gate into the cities, states and nations for the gospel to be preached and people receive salvation.

76. Every evil gate monitoring my breakthrough break now in Jesus name.

77. I open the gates of the hearts of men to the gospel today and to a life of prayer.

78. I enter into this day to posses this gate of the 1st day of the week.

79. I forcefully enter and advance into my inheritance today. I posses all that the Lord has for me today and throughout

this week in Jesus name.

80. 1st things are prophetic patterns I declare this day a good pattern.

81. They are not ordinary. I call forth extraordinary abilities upon my life in Jesus name.

82. They bare pathfinders - one who locates a path and ushers others through it. From this gate door I break open this

week. I command the gates to lift up its head. I invite Jesus as the king of glory to go ahead into this week and make

all the crooked places straight.

83. To carry the spirit of Excellency of dignity and might. From this altar of the first day of the week I declare that this

week will be excellent. I will operate in the Spirit of Excellency throughout this week in Jesus name. Amen.

84. The first is a role model for emulation. O God lift up a standard for perfection for me and all that I shall do throughout

this week. Let it begin from today the altar of the first day.

85. First things carry the spirit and standards of originality and purity. May purity flow from this day to the rest of the

week.

86. First things are standards for establishing and justifying the beginning principle. Daddy put everything right this first

day and make the entire week be a week of flourishing in Your will in Jesus name. Amen.



87. First things carry a double portion of God's glory and grace. I activate the double portion anointing of God’s grace and

glory over this day and week. May my life be full of the grace of God and may I radiate the glory of God throughout

this week in Jesus name.

88. I receive double of every good thing today.

89. The daily blessing of today must come to me double in Jesus name.

90. Because of these the first usually comes under satanic attack. I come against every attack on my life this day and I

nullify future attacks that the enemy may have planned to take place this week. The entire week is redeemed with the

blood of Jesus from every satanic attack.

91. I posses this day as the first day I rededicate this day back to the Lord and the entire week is dedicated unto the Lord. I

declare this first day sanctified in Jesus name.

92. The days of the week are the work of God and I declare them perfect in Jesus name.

93. I command this day to manifest all the blessings of the first and pour them out upon me in Jesus name. Amen

94. This day and all the days of the week are hereby released back to God to function according to the kingdom of God.

95. This day must be a day of new beginning for God’s people.

96. Father take Your place this day as the Alpha and Omega of this entire week in Jesus name.

97. Position Yourself at the gate of this first day as Alpha and enable me to start this week according to Your command

that I may end this week well in Jesus name.

98. Position Yourself as Omega on the last day of this week that I may end well and give You praise as I rest and

celebrate my success this week in Jesus name.

99. Open our eyes Lord to Your plan for this week. I enthrone You as Lord over this week.

100. Revelation 1:10,11 John the apostle was in the spirit on this day. O Lord bring me into the Spirit. Open my ears to

hear what You are saying to me, to the church and to the nations.

101. I enter this day and this week in the spirit. I receive the ability to hear the voice of God clearly. I receive clarity of

vision and the ability to remember and accurately interpret what I hear and see.

102. I receive grace and ability to transmit every communication from the Lord to His church everywhere as He

instructs me.

103. As people go to church and to the various places of the worship of the God of Abraham may the Holy Spirit arrest

them. May everyone be in the spirit today.

104. May the Lord take over and His Spirit lead them into the presence of God today.

105. The earth was formless and void, darkness was upon the face of the deep. On the first day God said “let there be

light and there was light. I decree illumination inside my heart and the hearts of all my loved ones in Jesus name.

106. I command my neighborhood, community, city and nation to receive a fresh revelation of Jesus Christ as Lord

and the light of the gospel to flood the hearts of men and my environment.

107. God saw that the light was good. May the goodness and beauty of this light be seen in my life and in my

community.

108. May all men see the light of God in me this week. May they see my good works and glorify the name of my

Father in heaven.

109. God divided the light from the darkness and brought proper arrangement and structure in place. I command order

and Divinely ordained arrangement into my life, marriage, family, ministry, church, city, government and nation in

Jesus name.

110. Where there has been chaos and lawlessness in any area of my life I proclaim order.

111. Let Divine order be restored into my marriage, family, ministry and business.

112. I declare restoration of order into all disorderly things in my life.

113. I command everything that has brought disorder, formlessness, confusion and emptiness into my life, family,

church, ministry and city to be exposed and be destroyed now in Jesus name.

114. I call forth total restoration of order, form, fullness and fulfillment in my life, family, city, church, ministry and

nation.

115. The Hebrew letter “Beit” for Sunday means “house” and “household” God I call forth Your purpose into this day

and this week.

116. May Your will be done in the church of Christ today and daily in Jesus name.

117. This day means “God’s dwelling place” – God I dedicate my house as your dwelling place, make this house a

house of true, eternal happiness and a house of joy with Your ever abiding presence. 2 Chron. 6.

118. I dedicate my house to You, may my house become a house of prayer for all nations.

119. B in beit means blessing, may your blessings abound in this house.



120. I open the doors to my house for prayers to all, hear every prayer prayed in this house oh God.

121. 2 Chron. 6:19-22.; 2Chronicles 7:15-16. I fasten these words over my home. May Your eyes be open over my

house. May Your ears be attentive unto our prayers. Sanctify this house. May Your name be engraved here forever.

May Your heart be with us here perpetually in Jesus name. Amen.

122. I proclaim my house a house of Your grace forever. May Your grace abound in my home in Jesus name. Amen.

123. I declare peace in my home. Amen.

124. God I dedicate my body to you as Your temple, dwell in and with me.

125. As You dwell in me, Father reveal Yourself to me, in and through me in a mighty way.

126. Lord Prepare and make me Your sanctuary – pure, holy, tried and when tested may I be found true in You. Make

me a living sanctuary for You. Make me Your vessel unto honor and not unto dishonor.

127. This is a gate day. I speak to the gate of the week to lift up its head.

128. I invite the King of Glory to go through this day into this entire week in Jesus name.

129. According to Isaiah 62:10 I command men to obey the word of the Lord. I command them to go through every

day of this week in total surrender to the will of God.

130. Cause me to expand on all sides.

131. Enlarge my ministry.

132. Oh Father let your thoughts of good for me start manifesting today and manifest throughout this week.

133. Daddy refine and purify my thoughts that my heart may become pure.

134. Beit/Sunday being the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth therefore – I command the creative power

of God put in me at creation to come alive right now and become functional.

135. Today is a day to bless. A day of “fullness” I receive the power to bless and whatever I bless is blessed in Jesus

name. Through me let all the families of the earth be blessed. Any opening in any area of my life causing evil, I

hereby shut the door against evil in my life, my family, my home, ministry, city, nation etc.

136. Make me courageous O Lord.

137. I receive Divine revelation today.

138. Because this is the day of Your house, Father may I never be homeless. Pay off my mortgage, rents and all my

bills in this house in Jesus name.

139. Build me a home oh God that my joy may be full and Shine Your light on me. In Jesus mighty name I pray.

140. This day is restored to the Lord her maker and this day will declare the glory of God in Jesus name. This is the

day the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad. Halleluiah Amen.
