But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and

enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.

• Stage 1 – We are drawn away

• Stage 2 – We are enticed

• Stage 3 – We give in to our desires

• Stage 4 – We sin

• Stage 5 – We experience the

consequences of sin

We must learn to avoid people, places and things that cause us to struggle.

Instead of continually having to ask for forgiveness, let’s learn to ask for victory!
