Upcoming Events

World Communion Sunday

Next Sunday, October 4th

What would it look like if the church today

imitated Jesus’ affirmation of the full

dignity and God-given potential of all

women and men—especially those who’ve

historically been assigned to the world’s

margins? On World Communion Sunday

your giving helps to provide scholarships

for national and international graduate

students whom God has gifted to learn and

to serve. Read more at

www.umcgiving.org.

Sunday, October 11

We are excited to present our third grade

students with their own Bibles. We would

love to have your child participate in this

wonderful milestone! Children who are

older than third grade, but do not have

their own CEB Bible are welcome to

participate as well! For your child to receive

a Bible please e-mail Janet Loos no later

than Friday, October 2 with the name you

would like imprinted on the Bible.

will highlight the symbolism and

reasoning of Holy Communion. This class

is open to children, youth and adults

Family Worship

Next Sunday, October 4th

In celebration of World Communion

Sunday, all children are invited to worship
