Arhatic Yoga Course

preparatory course was conducted for the first time in WAPHF-The

Gambia. Mr. Sriram Rajagopal, Arhatic Yoga leader of Africa, delivered

teachings to Gambia Pranic healers. Arhatic yoga has powerful

meditations that help me to achieve spiritual growth. The teachings are so

perfect to my life. Arhatic yoga is not a religion, as mentioned by Grand

Master Choa Kok Sui. Our Actions are guided by our soul. I am beginning

to experience the changes when I practice meditation and breathing

exercise. It helps my soul to grow spiritually and to achieve oneness. The

teachings are so helpful because it creates a space for me to adapt mycharacter building.

Arhatic Yoga Practices

Arhatic Yoga purifications, study and Meditation would be practiced in

foundation premises on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 pm. we invite all

Arhatic yogis to join the practice sessions.

THE ENERGY OF PYRAMIDS

The Giza Pyramid in Cairo, one of

the seven wonders of world is a

pride of Africa. It shows the rich

culture which existed 5,000 years

back. Modern Constructors are

wondering about this giant

construction. Scientists are

researching for purpose of this magnificent construction. Some

explanations are mentioned in this article.

A Kirlian photography of a pyramid grid

is shown below; in kirlian photography a

high intensity electric field is created

using special electrodes around the

object. We can see vertical glow of

energy pouring out from the top ofpyramids in this photograph.

When we enter any religious building

like Mosques, churches, temples,

stoopas and pagodas which has a

pyramid or dome shaped minarets, we

usually feel calm and relaxed; this isbecause of the soothing energy generated by a three dimensional

energy generator.

According to Master Choa, a Pyramid generates or focuses Pranic

energy or vitality globules within itself. More air vitality globules are

contained within these geometric figures than in the air, hence are

called Pranic generators

Experiments can be done by wearing a cone headgear on top of the

head, to increase ones learning capacity, to think faster and more

clearly, and to make a better decision. This is probably why ancient

magicians or wise men are sometimes depicted with cone-shaped

headgear.

Full Moon Meditation

Full moon meditation is extremely powerful and it has helped me.

We do full and new moon meditation every month at West African Pranic

Healing Foundation, Bijilo The Gambia. This meditation attracts many

Pranic healers and non Pranic healers. The exercises done before the

meditation is helpful to balance my energy level and to improve my health

status. In full moon day we practice Twin Hearts Meditation guided by

Grand Master Choa. Full moon group meditation increases love and

compassion towards mother earth and fellow beings. Master has made

Twin Hearts Meditation simple for us to activate our Heart Chakra and

crown chakra. When we start group meditation our achievements are

high. The full moon meditation helps us to send group prayers to the

whole world. It also helps the group to send blessings together to their

family, friends and loved ones. Blessings be to all, see you in group

meditation.

If you can follow a meditation schedule for two weeks, you can

follow it for one year. If you can follow it for one year, you can follow it for

a lifetime.

Pranic Face Lift

Facial Rejuvenation Through Pranic Healing

Dr. Glen Mendoza has done a pilot study on Pranic Face Lift, Facial

Rejuvenation through Pranic Healing, inspired by Grand Master Choa Kok

Sui. A Pilot Study was conducted in New York, New Jersey USA.
