The concept of the Praline Connection began more than twenty-five years ago. It was originally thought of as a home delivery service targeting career women who were too busy to prepare home cooked meals for their families. In August 1990, the concept became reality. But instead of a delivery service, we became a full fledged restaurant serving great recipes passed down to us over the years by our relatives, you know “down home” food that was affordable to all. Today we have 3 locations that offer a variety of Creole, Cajun, African and “Soul Food” dishes

Just as exiting as our food , THE PRALINE CONNECTION features three generations of Pure -’D’- Goodness. Our New Orleans pralines are handmade fresh daily, in the old-fashioned, spoon-dipped method, using only the finest ingredients.

After only four months in business, we received a four bean rating from Gene Bourg, the Times-Picayune’s food critic and were featured in many local and national magazines.
