Log-in the Application

Step 1st: Login as a “State/District User”. (i) Enter Login/Email ID in “Login ID” Textbox. (ii) Enter Password in “Password” Textbox. (iii) Enter code shown in image in “Enter below code” Textbox. (iv) Click on “Login” button.

Create Nodal State User

Step 2nd: Click on “User” menu.

(i) Click on “Create User” Sub-Menu.

(After Click on “Create User”)

New User Registration (Create State Nodal User)

(Select Level as State for State level user & select District for District Level User)

Select Level as State/District



(After Select as “State”)

Step 3rd: Create User for State (Nodal Officer).

(i) Select Level “State” on Level Dropdown box.

(ii) Fill all mandatory fields In User Registration form.

(iii) To Create State User as Nodal State User then select the “Is Nodal User” Checkbox.

(iv) Click on Submit Button (State User Created as Nodal Officer).

Note: (I) Nodal State User has Permission to create State Nodal Users, State Users & District Nodal

Users and District users.

(ii) Email used will be your Login ID.

(iii) State, Ministry and Department Textbox are auto filled.

Click on Submit (User created as state nodal

officer)

Step 4th: Create User As a State User (Without Nodal User Permission).

(i) Select Level “State” on Level Dropdown list.

(ii) Fill All Mandatory Fields In User Registration Form.

(iii) To Create State User without permission of Nodal State User then Uncheck/Blank the

“Is Nodal User” Checkbox.

(iv) Click on Submit Button (State User Created Without Permission of Nodal Officer).

Note: (i) State Admin User have No Permission to create District Users.

(ii) Email used will be your Login ID.

(iii) State, Ministry and Department textbox are auto filled.

If Create State User (Without

Nodal User) then Uncheck the Checkbox

Step 5th: Create User as District Users.

(i) Login as a Nodal State User.

(ii) Click on “Create User” tab.

(iii) Select “District” in Level Dropdown list.

(iv) Fill all mandatory Fields in User Registration Form.

(v) Click on Submit (District User Created).

Note: (i) Only Nodal State User have permission to create District user.

(ii) State, Ministry and Department textbox are auto filled.
