I never thought that the room would be too small. It was difficult figuring when to tell unpaid registrants;

“there is no more room”

Travis Burns from Va Tech giving great case reports and tips- [email protected]

Dr. Kirsten Tillotson discussed endocrine relations – www.tillotsonequine.com

The immediate future outside my practice is to re-establish the Equine Podiatry Fund at the NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine • These monies will only be

used for clinically applied equine podiatry projects

• If you know anyone interested in helping, have them make out a check to the Eq. Health Program (it is critical to put “Podiatry Fund” in the memo section) and mail to….

The goal from the beginning of my veterinary career… “improving the farrier/veterinary/owner relationship”

• For owners – Help keep records for the TEAM, photos, use www.eponatech.com

• For farriers- decide what they want to record and record it

• For veterinarians – develop a consistent way to take needed podiatry films and get them to the farrier

There is a major role for all of us!!!!

The farrier profession is an equine health care profession!!!
