Practical advice for use of Titan Gel(Exercises for better result)

The exercises are also known as Jelqing. They must be performed only at semi-erected condition – full

erection is contraindicated because blood vessels can be damaged. The minimum erection level is 40-50%,

the maximum is 80%.

Beginners are not recommended to start at 80% erection level.

It is recommended to warm up the penis before the exercises. It increases the blood circulation flow to the

penis making it more flexible and capable to stretch. Do not warm up the scrotum, only the penis.

1. LUBRICANT: Lubricate your penis

thoroughly before commencing the exercise. It is

at this stage that “Titan Gel” cream is

recommended for maximum effectiveness from

training.

2. ERECTION LEVEL: Stroke your penis with

light movements (but don't be over zealous) to

bring it to half erection – this state of the penis is

optimal for blood "pumping".

3. OK-GRIP: As long as “Titan Gel” stimulates

blood circulation from the inside, you do it

mechanically, clasping the penis with your

thumb and forefinger in the "OK" sign. This will

be your basic grip. It can be of two types: palms

up (common OK grip) and palms down (reverse

OK grip). It is not strictly required to close your

thumb and index finger in a ring. You can make thumb and index finger in a ring. You can make

a U-letter grip as well. The main thing is that the

grip should allow you to effectively retain the

blood in the penis.

4. START FROM THE BASE: The instruction
