How to find us Two Spa lifts are located with the main guest lifts on the first floor by the hotel reception

Your arrivalPlease arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking to allow you time to change into a robe, but also to give you time to relax in the spa lounge and enjoy some complimentary spa refreshments. You will be requested to complete a consultation form prior to your treatment, this is treated with the strictest of confidence.

Late arrivals Regrettably late arrival will shorten your treatment time but it will still be charged at the full price.

Your personal belongings All spa guests are provided with a locker for their personal effects with amenities for your convenience. We recommend that you leave all valuables in your locker. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged to your personal articles that are not kept in your locker

Treatment cancellations Please be advised that the full treatment and cost will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given of an appointment postponement or cancellation.

For group bookings, a minimum of 72 hours is required for appointment postponement or cancellation and 75% deposit will be requested.

What facilities can I use if I have booked a treatment?You may use the gym and wet facilities which include steam, sauna, and pool as well as the spa relaxation area.

Additional charges may apply for guests not staying at the hotel.

Expectant mothers and those having waxing are advised not to use any hot facilities. A minimum of 24 hours must be left between waxing or intensive body treatments and using heated facilities.

What to bring and what to wear We provide all guests with a spa bathrobe and slippers. Please ensure that you bring swimwear which must be worn while using the wet facilities and suitable gym attire must be worn it you wish to use the fitness centre. For spray tanning, please bring loose fitting dark coloured clothing and flip flops as some of the bronzer can rub off on your clothing after the treatment. Any colour that does rub off on your clothes can usually be washed out during a normal wash cycle.

Health concerns Please let us know prior to your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or wellbeing. If you are pregnant please advise us at the point of booking so we can advise you on treatments and customize techniques that are safe for pregnancy.

Spa etiquette on the dayTo maintain the serene ambiance of the spa, and in respect for our other guests we ask you not to use your mobile phone, iPod or cameras while in the Mandara Spa.

Children Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in Mandara Spa. We regret that we do not provide a treatment service to children under the age of 16.

Gift vouchers Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date. Damaged vouchers can only been redeemed if the serial number is clearly visible. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
