Refrigerator• The refrigerator was invented to help

keep food from spoiling in the heat.• Carl von Linde invented the refrigerator

in 1876.

Airplane• Wilbur and Orville Wright built the first

airplane. • Their invention was very special because it

was the first flying machine. In 1903

New CarsCars have gotten new design.

They cost more money, but they are safer than the old Model-T cars.

Telephone

• Alexander Graham Bell designed the telephone in 1876.

The fan was invented in 1882 by Schuyler Skaats Wheeler.

Electricity

• Building upon Franklin's work, many other scientists studied electricity and began to understand more about how it works. For example, in 1879, Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb and our world has been brighter ever since! But was Benjamin Franklin really the first person to discover electricity?

• The invention of medicines dates back to centuries. It was in around 3000 B. C. that the Egyptians used remedies to fight diseases and they also performed basic surgeries by general examination of the patient and mainly the guess work and magic worked

• Guglielmo Marconi: an Italian inventor, proved the feasibility of radio communication. He sent and received his first radio signal in Italy in 1895.

• Thomas Alva Edison invented light Bulb.
