In the top left hand corner of the album cover there is the ever present band ‘logo’. I feel that it is significant that the band have decided to use the same ‘logo’ since their founding as it allows the audience to familiarize with their solidified style. The fact that the only two colours used on the cover are black and white is significant as it links in with the genre style performed by the band (Indie/Rock). Moreover the simple colour stands out from the colorful conventional CD covers of today. Also the simplicity of having only two colours makes the covers seem very professional. In turn improving the quality.

The artwork, which sees an alligator eating its own tail, is very unique to the band. So unique in fact that The frontman (Vann McCann) revealed: "I really wanted an alligator because I was writing the songs in the back lounge of a pub called the Alligator Lounge. That's where we'd go to smoke and cut loose.” this is good as it allows the audience to know that the band are sticking to their routs and not letting their new found fame get to their heads.

The cover also relates the their pervious covers as the one before was the same design just with a different picture. This is important as it allows the audience to familiarize themselves with the album style. Also people who have previously listened to the old album and liked it may see this one for sale and realize it the same band due to the similarities between the two.
