With normal wear, your clientele should be able to enjoy their jewellery for years to come. However, please appreciate that it is made with Crystal which by its very nature is breakable and therefore we would recommend that due care is taken when wearing it. Especially with bracelets, it is advisable to be careful when working at a desk or eating out so that the wrist clunked on a table or desk too often as it may chip the crystal. We would also ask that care is taken whilst unpacking stock and any problems are reported to us at head office on 0208 401 6789 within 7 days of receipt of orders otherwise replacements will be charged for. We are very happy to guarantee all of our work for 6 months however over and above 6 months there will be a nominal charge for repairs and replacements of items that are chipped or broken, although we will examine each item and see where the issue may have occurred. RETURNS We cannot accept items back for refund or replacement further to receipt of order unless they are faulty especially if they are from previous seasons. We will charge for repair of items returned after 6 months from previous seasons. ALTERATIONS As our existing clients will know, we are VERY obliging with regards to alterations on designs to enlarge or reduce sizes; however there will be a charge for all customisation based on how much work is involved. If the item is not going out with an order, there will be a postal charge of special delivery or recorded delivery based on the value of the item in question. COUTURE ITEMS All items that are made specially are not returnable/or refundable and therefore we would be grateful if the implications of this can be considered prior to orders being made. It is VERY helpful if you can get exact size measurements from your clients regarding size: length of chain, whether it is inclusive of clasp or exclusive of clasp. There will be a postal charge of special delivery or recorded delivery based on the value of the item in question. CARE OF SILVER & CRYSTAL St. silver will oxidise in the air and can tarnish. It can be cleaned with proprietary silver products available from many supermarkets and hardware stores dependent on the level or tarnish there are both wet and dry products to clean it. Crystal can be cleaned in warm water with a dash of gentle detergent in it and a soft cloth to dry it. If you are in any doubt about cleaning then please feel free to call us.
