Smart Tool is extracted when in its elastic state.
Place Smart Tool into heated form mold, pull
vacuum to reset geometry & cool to begin next cycle
Smart Tool remains rigid during initial cure
(≤265F /129C) to set geometry of the part
Smart Tool becomes elastic (>160F / 71C) & pressure is applied to
composite part
