One boiling hot steamy day Mount Ruapehu was quietly resting and was feeling so relaxed. Later that evening a family approached and was so attracted to the Beautiful Mount Ruapehu and they were gob

smacked by the sight they saw. They were all so fascinated by it that they all started to climb it and destroy it He was so disgusted by the way they treated him he felt so bitterly cheerless and ferocious.

It was a very chilly evening when mount Ruapehu’s light bulb went off and he said to himself “next time that family or any other people come and try to destroy me, I will fill my body up with furious anger and I will erupt and try to kill them all.” He was now so determined to get back and he couldn’t wait for them to

arrive again. Mount Ruapehu was chatting away with the other mountains when all of a sudden he heard a car pull up. Out of the corner of his eye he saw them once again, it was the same family! “It’s

my time to shine” he announced.

Once again, like usual, the family, and started to climb on Mount Ruapehu. Like always he got very annoyed and frustrated, “this is it” he grumbled. He filled his body up with anger and he said I am going

to solve my problem! He started shaking and grumbling when … BOOM He erupted with anger and excitement as he was thinking that he would for ever be in peace. Lava was flying and rocks were

tumbling then the family was broken all lying on the floor injured and crying for help he looked down and said “treat others how you want to be treated” The Family never returned or tried to destroy any other mountains again. He giggled as he knew he had made revenge in what he was proud of. Later that

night Mount Ruapehu went to Sleep. With a joyful sigh he was in deep sleep.By Clare

WHY DID THIS OCCUR?

THE TOP OF THE VOCANOE IS MISSING BECAUSE WHEN IT ERUPTED  THE TOP  BLEW OFF. THERE ARE NO TREES BECAUSE WHEN THE VOLCANOE ERUPTED  THE LAVA  FRIED AND BURNT  DOWN ALL THE TREES.THE LAKE IS BIGGER BECAUSE IN THE BEFORE PICTURE THE TREES AND BUSHES WERE MAKING

THE LAKE PULL AND SQUASH TOGETHER AND IN THE AFTER PICTURE THERE ARE NO TREES OR BUSHES SO THE LAKE EXPANDED.  :D

Feels like

Scary

I would feel vey afraid and unaware of what's happening because I have never experienced a Volcano before.

Upset, unhappy, fast heart beat .

Ground and earth shaking like crazy

Sounds like

Birds chirping the warning siren has gone off and my ears are ringing.

People are shouting and screaming

Animals are making noise and stressing

Buildings are crashing and tumbling because the affect of the volcano has affected the building and has caused the to fall
