Vacation Strategy is a Wyndham points rental company designed exclusively for Wyndham owners. We grew from 2 employees managing a few million points to 22 employees managing over 1/2 billion points in just under 5 years. It became clear that a separate company was needed. Vacation Pro Group has filled that need. Vacation Strategy remains a rental company featuring Wyndham Resorts to the general public, and Vacation Pro Group is now their exclusive provider of Wyndham points. The owners of both companies have been business partners since college and work synergistically together to provide excellent service to hundreds of owners worldwide.

After years of vacation ownership, and working for companies such as Wyndham, Hilton and Marriott Vacation Club, we have learned from the inside out, the needs, problems, and stresses of points ownership. We decided to switch from selling vacation ownership, and actually start a company to help owners with their different issues. Our goal is to help as many owners fully enjoy their ownership instead of it becoming a burden. We feel we are the best in the industry at achieving that goal.

PROGRAM #1 – POINTS PARTNER• You authorize the number of points for us to use.• You never have to make our reservations, no work for you to do. • We send you checks for up to $5.00/1000 for Platinum and Presidential Owners, $4.20/1000 for Gold Owners, & $3.00/1000 for Silver Owners.• We guarantee 100% payment on all authorized points whether we rent them or not. • We will never put your points at risk. • You can even give us all your points and then rent back from us if you later decide to vacation. • Your only job is to cash your rental checks!

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT MOST OTHER RENTAL COMPANIES:

Will not guarantee your points will be rented. Will not guarantee the amount paid. Will not book the reservations themselves, leaving you to do all of the work, like Extra Holidays. Will dump cancelled points back into your account if they are unable to rent them, leaving you stuck with the points and maintenance fees. Do not deal exclusively with Wyndham Owners, and do not know the Wyndham Point System as well as our Point’s Management Team.

Vacation Pro Group will pay 100% of your maintenance fees, while allowing you to maintain full ownership. You will book your reservations directly through our owner reservation department. We will secure all possible upgrades and discounts for your reservations. No more spending hours online trying to get the best value for your points.

CLUB PARTNER MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS Never pay maintenance fees again on unused points. Why continue paying for points you are not using or giving away. Save thousands $$$, each year! “Pay as you Play”. Only pay for the actual points used to secure your reservations , we pay everything else. You get all VIP discounts & upgrades. If you cannot take a vacation, you pay NO points maintenance fees that year! Additional benefits; by managing millions of points, we have booking power that most Wyndham owners do not have. Our Booking Department books hundreds of weeks of inventory at high demand locations, that are typically hard to get. We know what our owners want, and are able to provide the highest level of inventory available in the Wyndham system. Security - Pass the Club Membership to your children and eliminate the worries of maintenance fees for future generations. You may remain a Club Member as long as you choose, or opt out anytime you like.

Total points to book reservation 350,000 points @ $5.50/1000 pts. = $1,925.00

Platinum VIP 50% discount = 175,000 points @ $5.50/1000 pts. = $962.50

Final price to owner was for 98,000 points @ $5.50/1000 pts. = $539.00

Our Points Management Team automatically searches for the deepest discounts on all your reservations. In this example, they were able to book a two bedroom unit for the point value of a studio unit. Our Point Management Team searches for hundreds of discounts and upgrades, all day, every day, freeing our clients from the stress and time consuming job of sitting in front of their computer all day looking for discounts.
