2) Measures to improve the school visits during vocational period

1. We are connected to tourist Department officials along with spot persons.

2. We are connected to Rotary Club, Joint Club, and Mahila Mandals.

3. We are connected to all nearby hotel Managers to send there tourists to us.

4. We also connected to tours and travels of our nearby places.5. We also invites nearby factories staff to visit our company.6. We are also sending bulk email and SMS to organizations and

educational institutes with our Invitation to visit our company.7. We also welcomes family guests of previous visitors.8. We also welcomes Youth Clubs along with Tournament

organizers.9. We are also connected with Housing Societies to increase our

visitors.


3) Problems faced by school coordinator while School Visits

Problems

1. In my companies auditorium, there is requirement of 3 AC, but currently only 1 of them is working. So visitors are feels uncomfortable to seat there

2. Auditorium requires complete renovation but no action is taken by any authorized person.

Overall is good but these two problems are affecting my visits, due to nobody provides reference to any one.


4) List of safety measures for the students and visitors

Sr. No.

Measures

1. In morning I insures that visitors gallery is neat and clean, and there is not any kind of Hazard.

2. At the time of visit a person of our safety department is also there to insure safety of Students and Visitors.

3. We also instructs Students and Visitors about the safety measures has to be taken during the visit. Like don’t run in gallery, don’t look down much from grills and so many more as per requirements.


5) How to improve cordial relationship & effective communication between coordinator and authorities.
