    RCH: "Show me the Evidence"

    Email, Richard C. Hoagland, March 8,2010: "Evidence ....Show me evidence ofCURRENT intelligent life on Mars.:)

    All we see are ruins ... literally thousands

    of square miles ... of ruins.

    And, a lot of mud covering them ...

    slowly eroding and blowing away in thewind. Which is why we can now seeglimpses what was once buried in a vast,planetary catastrophe--

    Which suddenly ENDED the Martian

    Civilization ... a long, long time ago. RCH

    P.S. If there is anyone NOW living onMars, it is us -- as part of the ~60-year-old Secret Space Program.

    Proof of the Existence of MartianIntelligent Life

    Just as Richard C. Hoagland saysthat the available evidence provesthere is no current indigenousintelligent life on Mars (other thanthe secret U.S. space program), it ispossible to present proof of theopposite of that assertion - i.e.thatthere is intelligent indigenousMartian life currently on Mars.

    All sides of this conversation

    deserve to be heard according tothe methodology of the law ofevidence.

    Evidence & the Burden of Proof

    Witness evidence - "In systems of proofbased on the English common lawtradition, almost all evidence must besponsored by a witness, who has sworn

    or solemnly affirmed to tell the truth. Thebulk of the law of evidence regulates thetypes of evidence that may be soughtfrom witnesses and the manner in whichthe interrogation of witnesses isconducted during direct examination andcross-examination of witnesses. Othertypes of evidentiary rules specify thestandards of persuasion (e.g., proof

    beyond a reasonable doubt) that a trier offact such as a jury must apply when itassesses evidence."

    Evidence & the Burden of Proof

    Documentary evidence - "Evidence of anindirect nature which implies the existence of themain fact in question but does not in itself proveit. That is, the existence of the main fact isdeduced from the indirect or circumstantialevidence by a process of probable reasoning.The introduction of a defendant's fingerprints orDNA sample are examples of circumstantialevidence. The fact that a defendant had amotive to commit a crime is circumstantialevidence. It is possible to argue that allevidence is ultimately circumstantial, on thepremises that no experience whatsoever candirectly prove a fact. Recall, however, that courtsof law deal with what is reasonable, not with

    ontology." The principal questions of ontologyare What can be said to exist? and Into whatcategories, if any, can we sort existing things?

    "Trying to prove the existence ofintelligent life on Mars is crazy"

    Richard C. Hoagland has (reportedly)called me (Alfred L. Webre) "crazy"onGeorge Noory's Coast to Coast AM forasserting that an intelligent civilizationexists on the surface of Mars andbeneath Mars, as demonstrated by NASARover photos and independentwhistleblowers Arthur Neumann andAndrew D Basiago, both of whom saythey have been to U.S. bases on Marsand met contemporary Martians. (Georgerespectfully allowed me to present the

    MARS findings on Coast to Coast AM). It is the open presentation and

    unbiased weighing of evidence overtime that results in the emergence oftruth.

    Witness evidence - An intelligentMartian civilization

    Whistleblower testimony - Mr. Andrew D.Basiago, a Cambridge-trainedenvironmentalist and attorney, haspublicly confirmed that in 1970, in thecompany of his late father, Raymond F.Basiago, an engineer for the Ralph M.Parsons Company who worked onclassified aerospace projects, he metthree Martian astronauts at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility inWood Ridge, New Jersey while theMartians were there on a liaison mission

    to Earth and meeting with US defense-technical personnel.

    Witness evidence - DARPA ProjectPegasus Time Travel andTeleportation & life on Mars

    Andrew D. Basiago is a former childparticipant in a secret time travel projectlaunched by the US Defense AdvancedResearch Projects Agency (DARPA). Mr.Basiago relates his experiences inDARPAs Project Pegasus during theperiod 1969 to 1972, and describesprobes to past and future events that hetook via teleportation and chronovisionduring the early days of time-spaceexploration by the US government.

    He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that theUnited States has been teleportingindividuals to Mars for decades andrecounts the awe-inspiring and terrifyingtrips that he took to Mars in 1981 after hewas tapped to go there because he hadteleported as a child participant in ProjectPegasus. PHOTO: DARPA

    Andrew D. Basiagos testimony revealsthe fact that by 1968 the US intelligencecommunity may have been already awareof aspects of his later Mars work. Andytells of seven briefings over 40 years inwhich he was shown evidence of hisdestiny involving the discovery ofindigenous life on Mars, and explainshow the emergence of time travel andthis epochal future event were interlinked.As a result of this quantum access, Andy

    was given a copy of his landmark paperThe Discovery of Life on Mars in 1971and asked to read and remember it, sothat when, in 2008, he wrote it, it wouldcontain as much data about Mars aspossible!

    Corroborating witnesses Mr. Basiagos training, his testimony says,

    culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, heteleported to Mars, first by himself after beingprepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M.Hunt, and then a second time in the company of

    Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were madevia a jump room located at a CIA facility in ElSegundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the tripsto Mars was to familiarize him with Marsbecause the CIA knew of his destiny as thediscoverer of life on Mars and deemed itimportant that he visit Mars and experience itfirst-hand.

    Mr. Basiagos involvement in US time-spaceresearch as a child, as well as Courtney M.

    Hunts identity as a CIA officer, have beenconfirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicistwho works closely with US military andintelligence agencies, and by US Army CaptainErnest Garcia, whose storied career in USintelligence included both serving as a guard onthe Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeliarchaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Armysecurity attach to DARPAs Project Pegasus.

    Independent Mars whistleblowerwitness

    On July 25, 2009, at the EuropeanExopolitics Congress in Barcelona,former DOD scientist Arthur Neumannpublicly stated, There is life on Mars.There are bases on Mars. I have beenthere. The following day, Mr. Neumannparticipated in Futuretalk, a ProjectCamelot documentary interview, in whichhe provided details of his teleporting to abase on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was alsoattended by representatives of an

    intelligent civilization that lives in citiesunder the surface of Mars. ArthurNeumann has stated that he teleported toMars in order to participate in a projectmeeting there at which Martianextraterrestrials were present.

    Presentation of DocumentaryEvidence - Rover Spirit Photos

    At our public presentations of the MARSfindings, we average about 75% of theaudience who can cognize and see someof the indigenous Martian humanoids,animals, structures, and statuesembedded in NASA Rover photos. (Wepoll the audience). At the Nov. 2009Barcelona Science and SpiritConference, it was 50% of the audiencewho polled as being able to see.Therefore we proved it for 50% of theaudience at Barcelona.

    Why for not a greater percentage of theaudience? Well, there is the matter ofNASA interference with the rover Spiritphotos: NASA's Seven Deadly Sins ofData Distortion.

    NASA's Seven Deadly Sins of DataDistortion

    We have catalogued seven techniques thatNASA is using to distort its data:

    1. Scale. Compress vertical and horizontaldimension to make everything look ordinary;

    2. Contrast. Set light-and-dark ratio to extremevalue or invert light and dark aspects altogether;

    3. Color. Add false hues and unnatural colors;

    4. Skew. Move forms out of vertical alignment;

    5. Consistency. Paint over to make a solid colorlook black, white, or opaque;

    6. Integrity. Alter natural forms to look like formsthat do not occur naturally;

    7. Content. Embed content with altered contrast,non-human data, and strange pixels.

    Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: A second categoryof animal species on Mars combines the elements of animal speciesthat inhabit Earth at this time in its biological history and that from ourperspective are hybrids of living animal species, such as oneanimal species on Mars that combines the bodily shape of an octopuswith the face of a lion or a dog and that is terrestrial rather thanaquatic in nature.

    Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: The third categoryincludes reptile species extinct on Earth. In this category we can placeland-based Martian species of the plesiosaur, which has often beenproposed as a solution to the Loch Ness, Lake Champlain, and LakeOkanagan mysteries. A reptile with a bulky body like a tortoise and along neck like a snake, the land-based Plesiosaurusis quite commonon Mars but did not survive the K-T extinction on Earth.

    Implications reasonably deduced fromwitness & documentary evidence

    It is more probable than not that:

    Mars is an inhabited planet.

    Mars is inhabited by humanoid beings likeand unlike us and by animals that are likethose that exist on Earth at this time, that onceexisted on Earth in pre- historic times, or thatare hybrids with the traits of two or more Earthspecies.

    Mars indigenous animal species includehuman-insect hybrids and human-lizardhybrids that do not exist on Earth and that toour knowledge have never existed on Earth,such as The Scorpion Man.
