Andrew D. Basiago is a former childparticipant in a secret time travel projectlaunched by the US Defense AdvancedResearch Projects Agency (DARPA). Witness evidence - DARPA ProjectPegasus Time Travel andTeleportation & life on Mars

Andrew D. Basiagos testimony revealsthe fact that by 1968 the US intelligencecommunity may have been already awareof aspects of his later Mars work. Andytells of seven briefings over 40 years inwhich he was shown evidence of hisdestiny involving the discovery ofindigenous life on Mars, and explainshow the emergence of time travel andthis epochal future event were interlinked.As a result of this quantum access, Andy

Corroborating witnesses Mr. Basiagos training, his testimony says,

culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, heteleported to Mars, first by himself after beingprepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M.Hunt, and then a second time in the company of

Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were madevia a jump room located at a CIA facility in ElSegundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the tripsto Mars was to familiarize him with Marsbecause the CIA knew of his destiny as thediscoverer of life on Mars and deemed itimportant that he visit Mars and experience itfirst-hand.

Mr. Basiagos involvement in US time-spaceresearch as a child, as well as Courtney M.

Hunts identity as a CIA officer, have beenconfirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicistwho works closely with US military andintelligence agencies, and by US Army CaptainErnest Garcia, whose storied career in USintelligence included both serving as a guard onthe Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeliarchaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Armysecurity attach to DARPAs Project Pegasus.

Independent Mars whistleblowerwitness

On July 25, 2009, at the EuropeanExopolitics Congress in Barcelona,former DOD scientist Arthur Neumannpublicly stated, There is life on Mars.There are bases on Mars. I have beenthere. At our public presentations of the MARSfindings, we average about 75% of theaudience who can cognize and see someof the indigenous Martian humanoids,animals, structures, and statuesembedded in NASA Rover photos. (Wepoll the audience). At the Nov. 2009Barcelona Science and SpiritConference, it was 50% of the audiencewho polled as being able to see.Therefore we proved it for 50% of theaudience at Barcelona.

NASA's Seven Deadly Sins of DataDistortion

We have catalogued seven techniques thatNASA is using to distort its data:

1. Scale. Compress vertical and horizontaldimension to make everything look ordinary;

2. Contrast. Set light-and-dark ratio to extremevalue or invert light and dark aspects altogether;

3. Color. Add false hues and unnatural colors;

4. Skew. Move forms out of vertical alignment;

5. Consistency. Paint over to make a solid colorlook black, white, or opaque;

6. Integrity. Alter natural forms to look like formsthat do not occur naturally;

7. Content. Embed content with altered contrast,non-human data, and strange pixels.

Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: A second categoryof animal species on Mars combines the elements of animal speciesthat inhabit Earth at this time in its biological history and that from ourperspective are hybrids of living animal species, such as oneanimal species on Mars that combines the bodily shape of an octopuswith the face of a lion or a dog and that is terrestrial rather thanaquatic in nature.

Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: The third categoryincludes reptile species extinct on Earth. In this category we can placeland-based Martian species of the plesiosaur, which has often beenproposed as a solution to the Loch Ness, Lake Champlain, and LakeOkanagan mysteries. A reptile with a bulky body like a tortoise and along neck like a snake, the land-based Plesiosaurusis quite commonon Mars but did not survive the K-T extinction on Earth.

Implications reasonably deduced fromwitness & documentary evidence

It is more probable than not that:

Mars is an inhabited planet.

Mars is inhabited by humanoid beings likeand unlike us and by animals that are likethose that exist on Earth at this time, that onceexisted on Earth in pre- historic times, or thatare hybrids with the traits of two or more Earthspecies.

Mars indigenous animal species includehuman-insect hybrids and human-lizardhybrids that do not exist on Earth and that toour knowledge have never existed on Earth,such as The Scorpion Man.
