NOT FOR THE FORVIVENESS OF SINS OR FOR GOING TO HEAVEN

Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

• There is a correlation between what man eats (takes part in) and DEATH

• Food in dreams, Covenant meals, Communion etc.

• The reverse is also true!In the day you eat or partake (take part) of the Tree of Life, you

will surely LIVE

• Man CHOSE to take part in that which results in DEATH and died!

• He came to show the Way, the Truth & the Life

• Unlock the life and you’ll be the one holding worldwide miracle crusades and dominating the gates of society


Rom 4:25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification

•Comprehend Forgiveness! His Death secured forgiveness of sin, remission of punishment & heaven for you.

•Heb 9:22 AMP …and without the shedding of blood there is neither release from sin and its guilt nor the remission of the due and merited punishment for sins.

Webster’s 1828 Dictionary defines REMISSION as :

“the Forgiveness; pardon; that is, the giving up of the punishment due to a crime; as the remission of sins. Mat 26. Heb 9”

•His death accomplished the above

•How about his resurrection?


RAISED TO LIFE FOR OUR JUSTIFICATION

•He resurrected to justify you. What does that mean?

• Life & Justification linked

•His resurrection went beyond and secured new birth leading to justification aimed at building the Kingdom on earth just as it is in Heaven


• The resurrection was the fulfilment of His water baptism—His new birth—firstborn from the dead. First, meaning there are others.

• The resurrection gave birth to us.

• That is why we must believe in our heart that, “God hath raised him from the dead” to be saved (Romans 10:9 ).

• Joh 12:24 Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. [See AMP]


Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren

Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence


• FIRSTBORN

• The BORN means he had to be born [different from Mary giving birth]

• The FIRST means others followed—many brethren/brothers/Much Fruit

• Before this, he was the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON or ONLY BORN but with his resurrection, he became FIRSTBORN amongst many

• But born out of or from where?

• … the firstborn from the dead


• Birth of life out of death, light out of darkness—the GREATEST MIRACLE. It was Jesus born again but with a different body—a new creation

• 2Co 4:6 KJV For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

• 1Pe 2:9 KJV But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:


• Eph 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light

•We are now light

•What happened? GOD called LIGHT out of DARKNESS


•Darkness produces weakness, poverty, foolishness, dishonor, curse, failure, disappointment

• Light produces power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing (Rev 5:12)

•He did not introduce light into darkness but called light out of darkness

• The material for the production of your light is your darkness


HIS RESSURECTION PRODUCED MANY OF HIS KIND

• Joh 12:24 AMP …Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains [just one grain; it never becomes more but lives] by itself alone. But if it dies, it produces MANY othersand yields a rich harvest

• The correction of the error introduced in Genesis. Many re-produced after his image and likeness

Eph 2:6-7 AMP

(6) And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

(7) He did this that He might clearly demonstrate through the ages to come the immeasurable (limitless, surpassing) riches of His free grace (His unmerited favor) in [His] kindness and goodness of heart toward us in Christ Jesus.


THE NEW MAN IS HERE. DISCOVER HIM


• His death paid for sins of OLD MAN but His resurrection resurrected a new kind of species—the NEW MAN (2 Corinthians 5:17) i.e. a new creation

• We are now :1) The same specie as the resurrected Christ

• 1Jn 4:17 …as he is, so are we in this world.”

2) The same person. He is the head; the church is his body hence body of Christ but it is one raised person


• The NEW MAN or new creation brought forth was not part of the OLD CREATION. It had never sinned hence JUSTIFICATION or Just-as-if-we-never-sinned. Raised for our Justification

• The Miracle of the resurrection was more than a man coming back to life. It was … LIFE FROM DEATH for you and all who will believe


To be bound by the law of sin & death is to say you have not:

1. Been forgiven

2. Given remission from the wages of sin

3. Born again

4. Justified


CONSEQUENCES OF THE RESSURECTION– THE REAL PASSOVER

• His resurrection gave Him access to the TITLE DEED of the universe that the serpent tried to steal

• Rev 5:5 KJV …the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

• Resurrection is synonymous to victory, prevailing

• Jesus attained 7 rewards—AFTER resurrecting. He attained it for his body—the new creation—to whom is committed the Kingdom mandate


Rev 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is THE LAMB that was slain to receive:

1. POWER

2. RICHES

3. WISDOM

4. STRENGTH

5. HONOUR

6. GLORY

7. BLESSING


MORE CONSEQUENCES OF THE RESURRECTIONCASE STUDIES

•When you have resurrection life in you, Death cannot steal you

•You decide when to check out


•Apostle Paul knew the power of his resurrection to an extent• Shook of snake into fire - Act 28:3-5

• Of the Jews fives times received forty stripes save one. See Deu 25:3. The Jews were not allowed to exceed this number

• Thrice beaten with rods. This was the Roman scourging. Only one of these instances is reported in Acts, that in Act 16:23

• Once was I stoned. See Act 14:19

ACTIVATING THE POWER OF RESSURECTION LIFE

• Rom 8 is the key to activating the life and power


FIRST PLACE SIN AND DEATH VS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND LIFE IN THE RIGHT CONTEXT

1. GET OUT of condemnation by walking after the Spirit

• Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2. Under Sin & Righteousness. Operate under the proper law.

• Rom For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

• Rom 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
