STRENGTH SPEED
PASS’s exercise sequences encourage movement stability in different planes of motion, proper joint alignment and muscle sequencing to develop long term athletic success and injury prevention.
PASS Varsity is for all high school athletes who
want to take their game to the next level. This program emphasizes exercise form
and technique as they relate to the development of
power, agility, strength, and speed.
PASS Kids is an introduction to athletic
movement program for 3rd through 5th graders. This
program is designed to teach children athletic
coordination including balance training, hand-eye
coordination, and callisthenic strength in all
planes of motion.
PASS Junior Varsity is an athletic preparation
program for 6th through 8th graders designed to prepare
them for high school strength and conditioning programs.
The program emphasizes movement stability in
different planes of motion, proper technique on strength
and agility exercises to develop long term success.
Flexibility and mobility
development is also emphasized to help develop proper range of motion to
protect against injury.

PASS Varsity
3:30am - 5:00am
PASS JV
4:30am - 5:30pm
PASS Kids
5:30pm - 6:15pm
Monday - Thursday
Pelican Athletic Club’s PASS Kids and PASS Junior Varsity are included in your Membership. PASS Varsity is fee-based. To ensure a spot in one of these classes all participants must register for individual classes online.
Class reservations can be made up to 45 days in advance. Due to limited spots available we encourage our members to be courteous and unregister for classes they are unable to attend.
Cancelations must be made no less than 1 hour prior to class time.
If you have any trouble registering or signing into your
account please call 985.626.3706 and a representative will guide you
through it.
Please unregister for your class 8 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class. By unregistering you open a spot for another
member to attend the class.
