2015/2016 Payment Policy

Equipment Assessment Fee• $10/month or $120 annual per family

• Invoiced monthly and is due the 15th of each month. • Assessment fees cannot be paid by funds in the Family Account. • Feel free to make your payment in full or in any portion in advance.

Minimum payment of $10 is due by the 15th of each month.• Paid in the following manner

– Cash– Check– Credit Card

• Please label payment as “Equipment Assessment Fee”

2015/2016 Payment Policy

Regular Season Meet Fees• $15/meet

• Split in two payments. Invoice 2 wks prior to invoice due date Due Oct 2 – Dec. meets Due Dec 15 – March meets

• Late fee of $15 per week charged after 1 week past due. Charged by PCY.

• Adjust total due by noting known scratched meets on invoice

• Must still scratch using Sign Up Genius

Districts, Zones, Invitational and National Meets• These will have their own deadlines

• Late payments will not be accepted and gymnast will not be able to participate.

2015/2016 Payment Policy

Uniform Fees• Invoice will be sent for 50% deposit on 7/29

• Due by 8/12 to place order.

• If invoice not paid by due date, you may be responsible for a separate order/shipping charge.

• Invoice will be sent for balance due including shipping as soon as uniforms are received.

• Invoice for the balance must be paid in order to pick up uniform.

Payment Reminders

IMPORTANT- Positive balance in Family Account can be used

towards meet fees and/or uniform fees and will be accounted for on invoices.

Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card (Use credit card form; pay at front desk; ask for 2 receipts. Staple receipt with invoice and put in lock box.)

All payments need to be labeled and placed in lock box

DO NOT hand payment to coaches

Payment can be made to family account at any time prior to invoice due date.

General Meet Information

• Regular Meet Season– November thru early March

– All levels participate

– Meet schedule issued early September

• Districts– All levels

– Must compete in 2 regular season meets

– Usually mid-March

• Zones/Regionals– Level 4 and up

– Must make qualifying score (TBD)

– Usually mid to end of April

• Nationals– Level 4 and up

– Must make qualifying score x2 (TBD)

– June 30 – July 3, 2016 in Long Beach, Ca

Uniforms

New Uniform Sizing Day:

Sat 7/18 7:30am-11:00am

Who should attend:

• Gymnast new to the team this year or has any uniform pieces that do not fit from last year.

Gymnast will receive a paper in their family folder after the sizing to let you know what size your gymnast needs.

Used Uniform Sale: Sat 7/25 9:30-10:30am in Multi-Purpose Room

• To Sell: – Your gymnast’s old uniform pieces must be cleared to sell

– Place them in the box labeled used uniform sale in Kristin’s office by 7/24.

– Complete tags and attach to your old uniform pieces. It must have a completed tag to be sold.

– Please make sure the pieces have been cleaned.

– Pick up your check and/or unsold uniform pieces Mon 7/27 or Tues 7/28 between 5 and 6pm or make arrangements with Mandy Elmer.

• To Buy: – Come to the sale or send someone for you.

– Purchasers can choose 1 item that they need from the selection available.

– If you wish to purchase any additional items, you can place your name on a waiting list for what other item you want.

– Payment must be made at time of purchase by CHECK ONLY.

UniformsUndergarments

All gymnasts must wear nude, no show undergarments under their competition leotards. Purchase through the Monarchs or you can purchase on your own. Recommendation - gymnasts wearing child size leotards purchase the 1 piece undergarment in the same size as their leotard. There are also 2 piece (bra and panty) available usually for gymnasts wearing adult size leotards To order undergarments through the Monarchs, please mark what undergarments you would like to order on your invoice and adjust your total appropriately.

FundraisingThe only mandatory fundraiser at this time is participating in the Home Meet. All other fundraisers are optional.

We are looking for a Fundraising Chair or 2 to join the board, as well as, people to coordinate individual fundraisers.
