This is a legally binding contract. Advertiser agrees to deliver materials to Point of View in accordance with the deadline schedule on thiscontract. Cancellations, changes or corrections will not be accepted unless presented in writing and signed by both parties. No cancellation ofcontracted space will be deemed valid unless received in writing by the publisher at least 30 days prior to the space closing date for each issue.Failure to comply with this condition will result in the advertiser being billed for contracted space. The publisher will, at her sole discretion,either repeat the latest advertisement or publish nothing. Advertisers will be short-rated for previous insertions on authorized cancellations.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE
Point of View is published bimonthly.
TERMSAND CONDITIONS
Premium Positions: Requests for specified position are given consideration but no guarantee is made unless the position premium has beenprovided for in the contract. Point of View reserves the right to give better position than specified in the order, at no increase in rate.
Multiple Page Spreads: Single page cost multiplied by the number of pages. Each page of the spread counts toward the advertisers frequencydiscount.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted after closing deadline. All cancellations must be received in writing. Contracts may bediscontinued by either party upon 30 days written notice.
Copy Authorization: Advertisers and their agents assume liability for all content of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for anyclaims arising therefrom made against Point of View/M&B Visionaries2, LLC and agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless Point ofView/M&B Visionaries2, LLC from any and all liability for the content of such advertisements. Point of View/M&B Visionaries2, LLC assumesno liability for errors or omissions.
Liability: Point of View/M&B Visionaries2, LLC is not liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of any condition beyond thecontrol of Point of View affecting production or delivery in any manner.
