The Bridge Machine Pound-O-Matic is designed to eliminate the labor-intensive practice of manual cutlet flattening. The Pound-O-Matic provides uniform product thickness, increases plate coverage of cutlets and insures uniform cooking times. One operator can press over 500pcs. per hour safely, efficiently with reduced labor.
