Environment management Tuffi go Rapidex has developed a new generation of computer management for poultry building environments.

Our products are the reference for managing the environment of poultry houses.

kan’air 2 and kan’diff 2 bring adequate ventilation even with the most diffi cult weather conditions. Air inlets kan’air 2 and kan’diff 2 were designed to provide increased rigidity thanks using PVC. This technological choice is based on the gains that can be made but without changing the profi le of both air inlets.

PVC is a material used for housing frames with more than 30 years experience of thermal shock and hazards. PVC properties brings kan’air 2 and kan’diff 2 both a perfect thermal insulation and stability over time.

CLIMwell : New ventilation concept

CLIMwell intelligently reuses the calories of your buildings. It combines an existing ventilation system (air inlets kan’air2, computer for environment management) with a process of recovery calories.

This combination is unique and keeps perfect ventilation while reducing heating costs, energy consumption. Technical and economic results of breeder are signifi cantly improved.

It also allows easy cleaning and disinfection and its use results in a decrease in medication.

Feed screw With great versatility, our screws can transport feed (fl our, pelets or granules) up to 70m in distance. Simple and easy to implement, curves at 45° allow a distribution in all directions. Inexpensive, they are energy effi cient (from 0.75 to 2.2 kW).

Our DISTRI PLUS range (rigid screws from 1.1 to 3 kW) allows us to respond to your requirements in laying buildings.

Weighing and distributing feedPRECIbox is a new generation of computer to assist you in the distribution of your feed. Its target is to optimise your time and effi ciency. By defi nition, PRECIbox is a multi purpose computer that manages silo weighing, weighing rations, formulas, their creation and the distribution of feed formulas. For each of these aspects, PRECIbox creates statistics in graphical form. With one glance, you can see all of your feed consumption.

SPIRElineThis new range is advantageous: fast mounting, cleaning position in a single operation, cleaning without dismounting. It integrates a chicken feeder, LINEplus, that allows controlled and automatic provision of feed closer to chicks, on “start paper”.
