Narrative Patrol observed the above listed defendant stopped at the stop light on Depot Street facing Market Street. Upon the traffic light turning green, the defendant accelerated his vehicle aggressively, causing the tires to squeal and the vehicle to rotate sideways as he made a left turn onto Market Street. Patrol initiated a traffic stop and further investigation revealed that the subject was intoxicated. Gibson was taken into custody and was transported to the Potsdam Police Department where he was processed. Gibson was issued tickets for the listed charges and was released. His BAC was a .19%.
