We’veputintheheadingsthatareusuallyincludedinposters;youcancopyandpasteandchangeasneeded.Theheadingsizeissetto28andwillbereadableat5to8feet.Ifyourheadingsneedmoreroom,adjustthesize.Itsbesttomakeallheadingsthesamesize.Useyourlongestheadingtogaugethesize.
Wesuggestyouuseblacktextagainstawhite/lightbackgroundsothatitiseasytoread.Ourtextisinbluesoyou’llknowwhichtextisyours– besuretogetridofanythingweputin.TochangethebackgroundcolorselectBackgroundundertheFormatmenu.Rememberthatmoreinkcoverageincreasesprintingtime.

Conclusions
Iftheproportionsoftheprintyouwantaredifferentthanyourimage,youshouldcropit. Forexample,ifyouscana4x6"photo,andyouwanttoprint16x20",youhavetotakealittleoffthewidth.Otherwiseitwouldprintas16x24"(whichhasthesameproportionsoraspectratioas4x6’). Simplycalculatethewidthdividedbytheheight,andmakesurethisratiocorrespondstoyourprintsize.
DoallimageeditingincludingcroppingandresizinginagraphicssoftwarebeforebringingtheimageintoPowerPoint.
