    the retail Centre provided a platform for holding direct talks with representatives of retail chains on issues of supplying leading food shops with producers’ food products. Producers and suppliers could view the list of retail chains taking part in advance by food category – this made the event more efficient.

    the new Product showcase takes place at the exhibition every year. Winners were chosen via online voting on the event website.

    the Product of the Year professional tasting competition involved an independent jury of leading industry specialists. the aim of the competition is to showcase and promote quality food products on the russian market. Winning companies were awarded grand-prix, gold, silver and bronze medals, as well as certificates based on the industry tasting competition protocols. Participants entered products from russia, belarus, Armenia, iran, uzbekistan, tajikistan and other countries.
