AFRICA PHARMA EXPO 2018 - The FIRST & EXCLUSIVE pharma

international exhibition on COMPLETE pharma manufacturing

machineries & technologies focusing the Southern Africa Pharma

market held on April 10 & 11, 2018 at Gallagher Convention Centre,

Johannesburg SOUTH AFRICA.

AFRICA PHARMA EXPO 2018 was the first of its kind of international

exhibition which had focused the entire spectrum of exclusively

pharma manufacturing technologies in South African, where 78

exhibiting companies from 12 countries showcased their latest

products / services, which include:

The direct participation at Exhibition were companies from France,

Germany, India, Italy, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan,

Thailand, The Netherlands, UK, USA.

The Exhibition - AFRICA PHARMA EXPO 2018 was organized by GPE

EXPO PVT. LTD. – organizer of country specific international

exhibition on pharma manufacturing technologies in different

parts of the world (like: South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania,

Jordan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nepal and India) since year

1998. The Exhibition was organized in association with Generic &

Biosimilar Medicines of Southern Africa (GBMSA), Johannesburg

(earlier known as National Association of Pharmaceutical

Manufacturers (NAPM)), a pharma trade organization founded in

1977 to promote the use of generic medicines in the country; and

was supported by EEPC INDIA and PHARMEXCIL (both – setup by

the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India). More information about

I can say my impression is that we had a very successful event. We

were able to have quality conversations with various

stakeholders. The people we spoke to were a mixture of existing

customers and partially new contacts.. This is a great mixture and

will hopefully add to our existing business. Having had a local

contact helped – people associate easier with local people. With

the limited time we had to organise the seminar we couldn’t make

full use of her potential. I believe the seminar contributed to get a

number of people to the event and who remained possibly a bit
