On February 15-17, 2017 the main exhibition events for the professionals of grain business, animal and poultry farming, fruit and vegetable sphere took place, i.e. Grain Tech Expo, Agro Animal Show and Fruit. Vegetables. Logistics.

The exhibitions ran under support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany, German Engineering Federation VDMA, National agency supporting the international development of the French economy Business France, exhibition company IFWexpo Heidelberg (Germany), all-Ukrainian public organization Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Ukrainian Agribusiness Club association.

Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman and Taras Kutovyi, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, visited the exhibitions.

of animal husbandry”. Organizers: Embassy of France in Ukraine, Business France agency, Kyiv International Contract Fair, CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.

Cooperation with France in agrarian sector has been changing for the better from year to year. In course of discussing actual topics of agrarian business with the French colleagues, the Ukrainian agrarians get useful messages in a timely manner for the success of their business.

THE 8TH DUTCH-UKRAINIAN AGRIBUSINESS FORUMON PROFESSIONAL POTATO GROWING. Due to the Fruit. Vegetables. Logistics exhibition, Ukrainian cooperation with the Netherlands in the agricultural sphere has become a tradition. On February 15, 2017 the already 8th edition of the forum on professional potato growing took place.During the forum, the following questions were considered:Situation on potato market in Ukraine – totals of 2016, main

problems of the sector, analysis of mistakes.Prime cost of marketable potatoes in 2016. Market situation and

prospects for 2017.Demand for products of potato processing in Ukraine and around

the world, promising markets for Ukrainian potato industry products.

«AGRIFORUM: CZECH REPUBLIC – UKRAINE»was successfully held in the frames of the international exhibition of effective animal husbandry and poultry Agro Animal Show 2017.At the official opening, Marian Jurečka, Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, and Taras Kutovyi, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, were present. As Marian Jurečka stated, “Ukraine is a country with large potential in the agricultural sector, which is not used completely. The Czech Republic has modern technologies that can help in discovering this potential”. Taras Kutovyi stresses, that “Growth in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine exceeds 15%, yet animal farming is that problematic sector that needs attention. Namely cooperation with the Czech companies can foster further development of animal industry”.

The 3rd British-Ukrainian agribusiness forum «AGRIBUSINESS OF THE FUTURE: INVESTMENT INTO PROFITABILITY».In the frames of the exhibitions, under support of the UK Embassy in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club association, the 3rd British-Ukrainian agribusiness forum took place. Its main topic was the matter of investments into profitability, as well as profit from effective management, both in crops growing and animal farming.

International conference «SOYA AND PRODUCTS OF ITS PROCESSING: EFFECTIVE MANUFACTURE, RATIONAL USE».

The conference was opened by Taras Kutovyi, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, who spoke about great interest and support shown by Ukraine’s authorities to production, processing and exportation of soya. The conference welcomed participants from Ukraine, Belarus and Canada. 22 speakers delivered their reports, in which they considered the matters from the

spheres of crops growing, animal industry and organic products, which arise in small and medium-size enterprises.

Day of young specialists «YOUR PROFESSIONAL START».JOB SCHOOL. MAIN TOPICS OF THE DAY: Summing up the tendencies in the job market of the agroindustrial

complex and defining directions of its development in future; Setting up communication between potential employers

(agricultural enterprises and agroindustrial companies) and young professionals, graduates and students of agrarian higher educational establishments for the purpose of their further employment.
