Admission to Masters Program
PPGERHA publishes a Masters Program call annually with application dates, exam and interview dates between October and November, introductory courses in February of the following year and beginning of the activities in March. It is highly recommended that the interested candidates contact potential supervisors and/or the Faculty’s Office to discuss possible research themes and procedures before applying to the program.
Statutory period of 2 years to obtain masters degree.
Admission to Doctoral Program
Applications to the doctoral program may be submitted continuously, according to the call. It is compulsory for interested candidates to contact potential supervisors and/or the Faculty’s office to discuss possible research themes and procedures before applying to the program. PPGERHA provides and encourages doctoral exchange programs both to Brazil and abroad.
Statutory period of 4 years to obtain doctoral degree.
Admission procedure for foreign students
The admission follows the same schedule as the other regular program calls. However, the applications’ exams and interviews can be arranged online, according to the applicant’s needs and convenience. It is highly recommended that the interested candidates contact potential supervisors and/or the Faculty’s Office to discuss possible research themes and procedures before applying to the program.
