Tires are not flat when recovered except one.

Vernon Ellis saw atv’s being dumped and heard something pop as stated in his interview. Could this have been the oneone tire that was flat?

2. The gap leads to a trail leading to buzzard point where a drug party is taking place.

3. Mr. Smith states a motorcycle and a three wheeler passes by them.

4. The investigators do not question the color or make of the three wheeler.

Steven Haven Interview:

1. Mr. Haven’s father, Grady Haven, worked with Richard Mason.

2. Grady Haven told Mr. Haven that the reason Richard Mason went out riding that day was because he had seen something being dropped from a plane. It was also said that this was the reason Mason had his gun.

3. According to Steven Haven this came from Richard

Mason’s wife.

1. While talking with Mr. Green and his wife, she said there was a low flying plane flying above the area of the reported crime scene.

2. Mr. Green identified this plane as a Cub Single engine.
