ATTITUDE AND PRODUCTIVITYATTITUDE AND PRODUCTIVITY

In 1955 Brayfield & Crockett made an extensive study of this relationship and concluded that there was minimal relation between the two.

In 1957 Herzberg and his associates concluded from the review of studies that there was a positive relation between the two.

A review in 1964 revealed that there was low but positive relationship between two.

The attitude at the beginning of a task will affect its outcome more than anything else.

An efficient person is productive when he is able to do his best in a right attitude.

BeliefBelief

Belief is the psychological state in which an individual holds a proposition or premise to be true.

It is confidence in truth or existence of something immediately inclined to exact proof.

It is simplest form of mental representation and therefore one of the building blocks of conscious thought

The concept of belief presumes a subject (the believer) and an object of belief (the proposition).
