Prepare, monitor, track and maintain project master / key dates /

detailed schedule

Analyze project schedule and forecast anticipated project delivery

Liaise with various departments on progress updates to keep

progress on schedule

Contracting Officer Source and maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement

the organization workforce

Prepare and arrange for sub-contractors’ tenders and ensure

adequate information / requirements are supplied for such purposes

Negotiate with sub-contractors and prepare labour / service

contracts or works orders, contract revisions for reworks, etc

Review sub-contracting work processes to enhance efficiency and

Inspect yard to ensure compliance with government legislations and

yard regulations

Investigate incidents, analyse root causes and recommend corrective

measures

Organize programmes and promotional activities to enhance HSE

awareness

Report to Shiprepair Manager on matters relating to compliance

with HSE requirements






Training Officer Develop new training curriculum

Coordinate and conduct training programmes

Maintain training records, systems and reports

Conduct testing for upgrading certification






Naval Architect in LNG Supply Chain Development / Field Development

Take the lead in General Arrangement design and Conceptual

Development of LNG Carrier, LNG Regas Barge, LNG Production

Floater / Jack-up Production in naval architecture aspect

Writing up detailed specifications, and manage sub-contracting on

work packages

Overall development of LNG Supply Chain specifically for offshore

field layout / arrangement for different environmental conditions

Developing station keeping system (mooring) for Shore-side Barges,

jetty facilities, Production Floater, and Shutter Carrier for Offshore

loading / offloading

Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture,

Ocean/Marine Engineering, or Coastal Engineering






Process Engineer (LNG Plant)

Work on Process Design for small-scale LNG liquefaction plant, LNG

regasification module and gas treatment and processing facilities

FEED Study in gas field production in process selection, PFD, P&ID,

economical modeling and feasibility assessment

Detail engineering, HAZIP/HAZOP, operation manuals, control

philosophy and operating parameters

Manage the operation & commissioning of LNG plant, safety and

environmental studies

To support marketing, management presentation and technical

clarification

PhD/ Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

Familiar with gas processing, sweetening, compression;

selection of technology

Knowledgeable in International Codes & Standards and

process safety requirements

Process Engineer (Produced Water Treatment)

Work in Produced Water Treatment module & equipment

development, e.g. hydrocyclone, flotation, membrane, etc

Understand market requirement and connection with potential

clients

Handle project management, from tendering, costing, to

engineering, fabrication and commissioning

Provide solutions for Oil/Water separation, COD/BOD treatment,

technology selections

PhD/ Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical

Engineering

With adequate knowledge in CFD, Produced Water Market,

FEED, Engineering & Fabrication

Produce water equipment design & module EPC

Familiar with OIW separations and discharge standard,

offshore oil & gas requirement and technology

Research Engineer (Offshore Structures)

Perform riser/mooring system analysis

Conversant with hydrodynamic analysis for large floating structures

Perform FEA analysis based on Class Rules and first principle

structural mechanics

PhD/Master’s degree in Naval Architecture/Structural

Engineering

Proficient in Microsoft Office/MATLAB



System Analyst (Sharepoint)

Design and implement business solutions using SharePoint

Technologies

Design and develop data conversion/migration strategies and

programs

Gather,understand and document user requirements, train end

users to use new business applications

Performing ongoing maintenance and improvements on the

implemented portals

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Project experiences with MOSS required including

Sharepoint Designer, InfoPath forms, Workflow etc

Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not

System Analyst (Java team)

(with JDE One World System implementation experience)

Strong functional knowledge and technical skills in JDE and
