Research design for an evolutive eco-neighbourhood in Feldmoching, Munich’s suburb. Each student has a different plot for a differentproject.Minepresentsthepotentialdevelopmentofabarnover40yearsand5phases.Fromthefieldstothehouses,the plot has to grow and transform by itself, trough the re-use of the construction’s and farming’s material.

Thedwellingsaredevelopedover40years,takinglifeinthestructureofthebarnasaweedthatwouldgrowinaforsakenfield,graduallyreplacingagriculture.During this period, people can customize their house in reusing materials left behind, as a relic of a bygone age.

Networks: water roads vegetation

Research design to densify the Lyon’s harbor. After analysis of the territory and its networks we have set up different urban rules and developped this urban layout. The urban project wants to be an echo of the history of the site, of its industrial and harbour past.

The rhizome is the concept to connect the various networks and organize them. The confrontation of two primary axescreates a major space (1). This system comes to confront with the fragmented strips, generated by the existing landregistry, and to which we gave a width of 3 containers (2). The built strips, answering a series of rules, react differently in front of a road, a river or a plant network (3).

The project brings together what is, for me, the essence of student life : community living and functional’s sharedplaces.Theapartments(for3to6students)areoutwardlookingandveryflexible,theycanchangethroughout the day to follow the students’ rythme. The passageways are treated like common areas for meetingsandexchanges,butcanalsoserveasagarageforbicycles,mailboxesorforbarbecues...

This project takes place in an old industrial and harbour building along the river. This rehabilitation work tends to conserve the «empty» space as a monospace. It is an «electronic warehouse», a huge public facility for contemporary music including classrooms, rehearsal rooms, auditorium, concert hall and a media library.

During my internship at Tectoniques Architectes, I worked on a competition for 26 social housings. The project organises them on a small plot in Chalon-sur-Saône (France).
